Package was delivered to the wrong house but was able to locate and pick up. Giving 4 stars because there wasn’t a phone number to call customer service and the tracking number said invalid. Other than that the product is great.

This is my 3rd Meowant. I bought one a year ago, then I got my daughter one. Now I have my second. They are quiet and user friendly. 😃🐈🐈

I received the items in a very timely manner. They were the correct products at a reasonable price.

Easy purchase and delivery. The product was easy to set up. I have had it for 2 months now and seems to work well.

I accidentally ordered 5 litter boxes, but only meant to order 1. The staff changed it for me, and made it right.

I have one of the first models of meowant, which I honestly find hard to keep clean and odor free. The ridges along the top inside of the litter container get caked with litter, and smell. I also have a later model, which empties front to back and doesn’t have the ridges. That one worked much better for cleaning. I’m replacing the first one with another later model. Delivery was fast!

I had no issues with the ordering process or shipping process, just the product, not as good as I thought it would be.

I literally have 5 units for my 4 cats. I love every single one of them.
