Thanks for the review, and for giving them another go! A leak on the first wear often comes down to the guard not being seated right or the briefs not being washed before first use (the layers only reach full capacity after a wash). A couple of quick checks: wash before wearing, and make sure the guard sits flat and low at the front. 1) Yes, the refund was issued. But ONLY after 2+ months of repeated requests and enormous frustration. Like you were trying to wear me down and give up. It felt manipulative and in no way "handled properly from start to finish."
2) "As clearly set out in our policies ... " How about as clearly set out in your prominently displayed Money Back Guarantee: "... we'll refund every cent, no hoops, no questions." That is such a lie!
I stand by my review. Horrible, unethical, slippery company to deal with. And p.s. My similar post on your FB page drew several "Me, too!!!!" comments.

Run from this company. My husband tried one pair from a set of four, the feeling/fit wasn't really comfortable for him, and he decided to return not exchange. Their website proclaims a money back guarantee with every cent refunded, no questions, no hoops. That's a lie. It is NOT every cent, and we had to repeatedly and insistently follow up for a partial refund that took over two months. We had to pay $20 postage to return the unused ones. If we had exchanged, it would have been $20 postage for those. There is no listed address or phone number for contact. It's all by email with one person, who, for all I know, is AI. Menvault is an unethical, extremely frustrating, customer-UNfriendly company to deal with. Steer clear!

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear the product wasn't the right match for your husband.
I've looked up your order and can see the refund for the returned items has been issued to you. As set out clearly in our policies, return shipping to our US warehouse is at the customer's own cost, and you were able to use a courier of your choice to keep those costs down.
At Menvault we have several people on our customer service team, and wherever we can we keep one customer with one person, so that whoever is helping fully understands the situation and can handle it properly from start to finish. I'm sorry the experience left you feeling this way, and I'd be glad to talk it through with you over email if you'd like. I'm available six days a week, and together with my colleagues we're here for our customers seven days a week, around the clock, by email.

I bought these for my husband who has…
I bought these for my husband who has Parkinson’s and Lewy body disease. Whilst they are hugely better than other brands, they would be so much more practical if the inner layer was fixed with maybe just an opening for the extra pad. I have to constantly position the inner layer to provide maximum protection and it would be so much easier if he could just pull them up
