RIP-OFF
First off, the underwear rolls at the waist and the leg. Second, Menvault charged me twice $167 and once for $133.90 for only 5 pairs. Basically, they RIPPED me off. Now since I wore 2 pair, I can return the other three, but won't get credit close enough to make up for the $467.90 charge for 5 pairs of underpants. Don't get suckered into buying this brand, I use Depends and find them to be the best!

The billing is what I want to look at first, because those amounts don't line up with our pricing at all: five pairs with us comes to a fraction of $467.90, so something here needs checking properly. We've searched on the details in your review but can't find an order, so we're not able to look anything up at our end. One thing I can confirm: the three pairs still sealed in their bags are refundable in full within 30 days of delivery, not a partial amount. Great product
Great product! Performs as advertised! They do take a little time to dry out completely before next use. I wish the waist band was a little bit thicker to avoid doubling over, but that is just me. Overall, A superior product that does what it claims. 1000% Satisfied & Happy.

I bought this product for my husband as…
I bought this product for my husband as every other boxers I bought failed to live up the the promise. Menvault are made from very soft material and wash well. Does what they promise.

Do not order more than one
Do not order in UK as US based company very long delivery. Poor communication on delivery times. Refund policy is horrendous. Once you open bag boxers ate in no refund even if unworn. Then to get a refund have to send items on tracked shipping to US at your own cost. Extra guard is not worth it as not secured in. If you order wrong size your problem you opened bag. I would steer clear of them or at best if you are desperate to try order just one expect weeks to arrive and hope its good for you. If it is order more. Do not order multiple at start as otherwise wasting your money as will not get a refund easily and cost makes it not worthwhile for all the effort.

Hi Simon, Thank you for taking the time to share this. On delivery: your order was shipped on 23 September and delivered on 1 October, eight days door to door, which is within the window we quote. That window and your tracking link were emailed to you on 23 September. On the refund policy: sealed pairs are fully refundable within 30 days, which is exactly why every pair is bagged individually, so one can be opened and tried while the rest stay refundable. The restriction applies only to opened bags, and with incontinence underwear that’s a hygiene requirement rather than a choice on our part. As set out in our policies, return shipping to our US warehouse is at the customer’s own cost, with a courier of your choice. Care instructions are included with every parcel and were also emailed to you. The guard is a separate, removable piece by design rather than a sewn-in pad, and it’s optional, as the briefs absorb on their own. Your notes on it have gone to our product team. Good purchase exprience.
Good purchase exprience, and the Pants fit well. Too early to say if they would hold a full days Leakage. I carry a spare pair of Pants wherevever I go. The soiled Pants can be washed and used again, which is good and avoids the need to use Disposable Pants.
