If the All-Day still feels thicker than you need for that level of leakage, our slimmer Light Protection is made for exactly that: much less padding, the same soft fabric and the same sizing. Horrible customer service! Won't simply process an exchange like literally EVERY other company does! Instead, they charge you $20 more to send a replacement size then say you can keep the original order. What the h3ll is the point of keeping the original order if you don't like the item or it doesn't fit. In the end - you buy a product, then end up paying $20 more to get the size or style you want! What a joke! EDIT - Response to their reply: I went back and forth with your "customer service" about 6 times and your response was what I said above! My issue wasn't size, it was style - and your exchange process is hors3shIt! There are FAR better companies to do business with! EDIT 2 - no dummy! I didn't request them for FREE! Swapping the larger ones for the lighter ones is an EVEN EXCHANGE! I already threw them in trash - Hopefully others see how you operate your shady business!

Hi Nathan, Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify what happened. You ordered our All-Day briefs, which are designed for light to moderate leakage and have more padding than our Light version. When you let us know you found them too thick, we offered you two options: a one-time exchange to our Light version, where you could keep all your original pairs, or a return. You then asked to receive the Light pairs for free, which unfortunately isn’t something we offer. In your emails you also told us you would leave negative reviews if we didn’t. We stand behind our products, and we genuinely believe the Light is the right alternative for anyone who finds the All-Day too padded. That said, since you’re clearly not happy with our product or our service, we think a full refund is the better solution for you. As soon as the unopened pairs are back at our warehouse, we’ll process your full refund. Just reply to our last email and we’ll send you the return details. I tried these "briefs"and they are terrible. Advertised as invisible under clothing which is an absolute lie. They take days to air dry. They feel like an adult diaper and are uncomfortable. The cost is too much for what they, and don't even hope for a refund once they are tried on. There is no mention of returning them to the USA in the literature. All in all I advise you to walk away.

These are built with several absorbent layers so they can handle real leakage, and because they're washable and reusable they're made to air dry rather than go through heat, which is why most of our customers keep a few pairs in rotation.
