Hi Frank, Thank you for the detailed feedback. Our sizing is based on body measurements rather than standard UK label sizes, which is why we always recommend measuring waist and hip before ordering. When the first pairs didn't fit, we exchanged them for 7XL based on the measurements you gave us, and we were upfront when a further size wouldn't give you what you were after. A little extra volume comes with the territory, these are incontinence briefs, so the multi-layer panel that does the absorbing naturally adds some bulk compared to regular underwear. A good fit makes a real difference to how slim they feel, so if the size is even slightly off that's worth checking. And if you'd like something closer to ordinary boxer briefs, we also make a Light Protection version with the absorbency woven into the fabric rather than a separate panel.
