I cannot even say enough good things about MemoryCherish! They are amazing!!! My husband’s great Uncle passed away this year and this man was like a second Father to my husband. There was an old photo of his great uncle that was pretty beat up with creases, missing edges etc. But it meant so much to my husband. I decided to have it restored for Christmas as a surprise. The final result from MemoryCherish was perfect! It was SO much more than I had hoped for and I cannot wait until my husband sees it!! He is going to be overwhelmed. The absolute quality and speed of the process amazed me. The examples on the website are not just the best of the best for advertising. …..these are really their results!! Perfect quality!!!! I recently just received a new heart at Stanford Hospital. As I was recovering in the hospital, my Uncle and I were discussing what activities we could do when he flew out to take care of me during my three month recovery. I mentioned just recently buying a foosball table and he told me that there was a picture of him in his 1977 Marquette year book playing foosball. After hearing this, I was determined to find that picture, restore it and gift it to him as a small appreciation for halting his life to be my caretaker. I found the picture and I fortunately found MemoryCherish online. They not only restored my Uncles picture and made it look amazing, they were incredibly responsive and professional up until we received our picture. My representative’s name was Maka and she truly represented MemoryCherish as a family company that cared about my satisfaction with their service and product. Every time I’m whooping my friends on my foosball table and they see our awesome restored picture on the wall, I will recommend they get their sentimental old pictures restored by MemoryCherish.

They quickly responded to a communication error on my part. Then follow-upped, again quickly, to solve the problem. The redone photo background looked super. I sent additional portraits of the principal character which allowed the artist to redo obscured eyes. Again, a fine job.

The customer service is absolutely wonderful 😊!! After receiving the first restoration, I wasn't satisfied because the colors were incorrect. They completely understood and did it over again. The photo is beautiful now and looks like it was taken yesterday when actually my wedding is from 1974. Thank you so much MemoryCherish ♥️♥️
