The restored photo os fabulous!!
The restored photo os fabulous!!! Better than I could have hoped for. But the add ons for print/send were a bit sneaky. Had to carefully work through them as cost kept going up. But worth it for the restore.

They have GREAT customer service
They have GREAT customer service. I asked for a status update a couple and they gave me the answer within 24 hours. I had extremely low expectations for the two pictures because they are xerox copies of xerox copies of xerox copies of the originals. The pictures are now presentable enough to be displayed and shared. I will use their services again in the future. I highly recommend them.

Staff worked hard to get a pleasing result.
While the color originally chosen was not accurate, the staff worked hard to correct the pictures to our satisfaction. Next time we will be more helpful to provide any information that may be helpful, rather than assuming that staff somehow knows what color the subject may have been!

Not what I expected. Be sure to ask questions
The pictures looked good on line but I dint like how gray the actual picture I received looked. The originals were not a dark gray. Also, maybe I should have been more clear but these photos I asked to be repaired were from the 1930’s and i wanted them to look like they did back then. They weren't borderless and one had a pretty border that was removed but when asked put back on. These photos were for my ancestry book and I didn't want them to look modern. I made a bad assumption that you would restore them to their original state as best as you could

Honored their money back guarantee
I requested a refund (good work but I'm going to have my original restored) and they honored it.
Response from MemoryCherishJul 20, 2022
Hello Susan, thank you for your review! We are sorry for the confusion - we do honor our money-back guarantee every time, however, in your case we asked you some questions to make sure you we understood you correctly. Since you now made it clear you only want a refund I just issued you a full refund as requested. It is impossible to restore a photo physically, every photo restoration provider will digitize the photo, repair it digitally & then print it again. This is what we were trying to do with your photo as well.

Rectified problems
UPDATE: i have since received a response & they have redone 2 of the photos. I sent 4 photos to be enhanced, one was very good but the other 3 were really no different, still blurry. This is an expensive service so you would expect good quality. I have emailed 4 times to ask if they can redo the three photos but no reply! Communication was good until there was a problem now there’s no reply! I would not recommend this company.
Response from MemoryCherishMar 26, 2021
Jeannie, thank you for your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that 3 of the photos we enhanced were not noticeably different from before. We're committed to providing our customers with a great experience and can assure you this was just an isolated incident. We would be more than happy to offer you another photo restoration free of charge to make up for your disappointment. If there is anything else we can do please let us know--we want our customers to be happy with their purchase!
