MemberPressReviews of memberpress.com

We’ve been using MemberPress for nearly a year now at The Wonder Labs, NFP, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering creativity, learning, and innovation through community-driven projects and educational programs. From day one, MemberPress has been a powerful and reliable tool for managing our growing membership community. Its clean interface and robust features have made it easy to set up membership tiers, automate renewals, and provide exclusive access to our online resources — all without needing a full-time developer on our team. What stands out most is how seamlessly it integrates with our WordPress site, allowing us to keep everything in one place. The reporting tools have been especially helpful in understanding member engagement and supporting our fundraising efforts. For a nonprofit like ours, every tool we use has to deliver real value — and MemberPress absolutely does. It’s been instrumental in helping us build stronger relationships with our members, streamline our administrative tasks, and scale our operations sustainably. If you’re part of a nonprofit or community organization looking for an easy, flexible way to manage memberships, MemberPress is a solution worth investing in. — The Wonder Labs, NFP

My online membership has been running for over 2 years on Wordpress, with MemberPress handling a key function: the subscriptions, and associated content access. It functions well and - more importantly - their support is amongst the best I've experienced in any Wordpress plugin. They are responsive and try their best to resolve your issue. What triggered me to write this review is the recent exchange I've had with Sinisa from their support team. She understood how the standard functionality didn't meet my needs (specific timezones involved) and worked with a developer colleague to create a short code snippet for me to use, which resolved the problem. It's not the first time that I receive top quality support from them and I want to commend them for that. Thanks Memberpress, and please don't replace your support staff by AI chatbots. Chatbots are useful and have answered a few simple questions of mine, but for complex scenarios we truly need a human behind.

Sinisa was amazing. In fact, Memberpress as a whole have been fantastic. Any issues, and there are very few, are resolved promptly.

Everything clear and easy with Memberpress. I had only a question, but Omar, a Customer Success, helped me very kindly and very fast.

Jennifer from the customer service team was awesome to work with! She replied very quickly and always provided thorough and helpful answers! Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire experience a pleasure — truly exceptional service.

A first class service as ever from the team at Memberpres. Thank you!

We were looking at a variety of different plugins and solutions for a new small business, and some of the flows and functionality we wanted were pretty specialized. We're also not website design experts, so I had a lot of questions about whether Memberpress was the right solution. Before we spent a dime, Jennifer from the outreach team was incredibly helpful; she presented multiple solutions to every potential concern I brought up, and was super willing to help us work within our budget to get to the best possible solution. I'm pleased to say that we purchased a Memberpress subscription based on that experience, and it's doing everything we wanted it to do! I would totally recommend them as a membership platform.
