I've been using MemberPress for about 7 years. Over that time, I've seen the capabilities offered grow to where now, I am able to consolidate to this tool for my memberships, content protection/downloads, community, directory, and learning capabilities. This has allowed me to go from 4 applications to 1, which improves the site experience, site performance, and security. It's important to note that over this time, the support has been top-notch. What has always been a responsive and knowledgeable support team is even moreso seven years later.

I was an early adopter of MemberPress for a subscription site that has been running smoothly for nearly a decade. The thing that stands MemberPress apart from ALL other Wordpress plugins that I have ever worked with is their support. I rarely have to contact them as the software just works, but on the small number of occasions that I have had to, they are exceptional. Prompt, curteous, knowledgeable and solution focused are just a few phrases that I would use. On a recent request, which was doubtfully even anything to do with MemberPress, they even worked out a code snippet for me to get around an issue. If you are reading these reviews because you are considering MemberPress for your membership site; Stop Reading and go and buy it. You will not be disappointed.
