I really do hate to complain but I've got to warn others. Melaleuca products are NOT as "green" and "healthy" as they claim. We tried a wide range of products for about 6 months and found that the majority of things they offer are very low quality. My wife wound up having an allergic reaction to the makeup and bath line products. ATTENTION MEN: Do not attempt to use the men's hygiene line either. The "shampditionor" is garbage and caused my hair to thin. All the soaps are high priced and are very low quality. Plus, All these products could be found at higher quality and cheaper prices at local stores. Save your time, money and health by avoiding this company.

I would not recommend these product they are a rip off they keep telling me that they cant run my card or checking account number and call me constantly and giving out my personal information to a lady by the name of Julie that i signed up under this there products don't work and are very expensive and i have been trying to return the product but they will not give me a return address this pace is a fraud

I like most of the products. The dryer sheets however totally gummed up my brand new dryer, and that of a friend of mine who also was using them. I called to let customer service know at the time. Other than that, the automatic order is totally annoying for the amount we are paying for the actual products we want (if you miss a monthly order). A reminder email would be nice instead of products you don’t want and have to pay for.

I just started using Melaleuca products a couple of months ago, and so far I have zero complaints. I love the sports nutrition and recently got the Customer Favorites Pack, so have been using the cleaners. Although I am fairly new, my customer service experience has been excellent! My orders have arrived in 2 days and the value pack took 4 days. I haven't had any of the negative experiences I have read here. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star rating is because I am still new to the company. I haven't felt scammed or deceived in the least. I have tried many wellness products which were expensive and didn't give the results I expected, especially for the price. I will continue to use the products, and if anything changes, I will be sure to post another rating. For now everything has been better than I had expected.

First of all, trying to sign up to become a member was harder than trying to buy an assault weapon. But that aside, the products are outstanding. I have had an eczema problem my entire life and tried various 'free and clear' detergents that claimed to be non-irritating. A friend recommended trying the Melaleuca detergents and I was amazed. After a month my eczema was almost gone. Now, after many years of use I only have an occasional outbreak during the dry winter months. I now use all of their cleaning products which are great and they don't have an overpowering smell. Tough and Tender is my favorite cleaner. I've started using their make-up foundation and I have thrown out all my other fancy make-up. Having to commit to a 35 point per month order can be frustrating as I, being single, end up with more product than I can use. I solve this by stocking up on products and then I cancel my membership for a few months. Easy to cancel and renewal process is easy. Shipments are always received within two business days. Love these products and the company is great too.

This company by far meets every expectation a home needs for clean living. I will be a forever customer as long as the Lord allows me. I highly recommend all products to anyone I come in contact with.

When I had to leave the company as I was unable to recruit one person to purchase or join on a 500 fb page and financially was not able to commit to the monthly financial requirement as a result of a sensitivity to their products, I was told by a “leader “ of the company that I was the problem and that I didn’t understand what the company was about. Are you kidding me, I tried for year to get people to join but with the high monthly costs associated with membership and products that are easily accessible without membership fees no surprise. What the surprise here is the unprofessionalism from the leadership, I would’ve expected some respect or some class but no, just ridicule and sarcasm. Thx Jake F you’re a real charmer
