The reason why I decided not to give 5 stars is because nothing I believe is perfect no matter how I may personally feel. Every company has someone somewhere that has had a displeasurable experience with their company not liking or being unhappy with something. It is incredibly sad to read some of the reviews and hear about some of the negative experiences. Please remember that because of our different needs, wants, and expectations, our experiences will be different as well. The products that we use have worked for us for years and we would absolutely not purchase fom anywhere else. But that's us, our needs, wants, and what we've expected over the years. We're happy and satisfied. Lastly, the company has existed for nearly 35 years, it's a multi billion dollar company, and it has a 96% monthly re-order rate. It's what I believe is the best work from home opportunity for anyone to have a legitimate business receiving reliable, residual income from a company that's paid out billions of dollars. People create an account then they shop and then we get paid. How easy is that? People are going to shop no matter what! We and our partners are experiencing the American Dream!

Stay away. It is impossible to cancel membership. They keep debiting my account for back up orders months after I have canceled. 4 claims on Paypal and still adding.

They're great for cleaning products. We had a pest problem and the ingredients (I'm assuming the tea tree oil) has repelled them and we no longer deal with having to call pest control. I know there are more natural products out there, but their stuff is less toxic and more environmentally friendly than other cleaners. Definitely safer than filling our house with bug spray and whatever else pest control uses. I'm sure we could make something DIY and figure out that magic combination that has scared away the bugs but we don't have time and a lot of times that ends up costing more. I love their scented oil plugins, laundry products and fabric spray. Our house smells and feels a lot fresher. Why only 3 stars? They're not very transparent about animal testing. They've tested a few of their products on animals and lost their "Does Not Test on Animals" seal of approval. There's just no need to test on animals. What's toxic to animals isn't always toxic to humans (i.e. stevia). There are more modern and accurate testing techniques. Also, their packaging. OMG, NOT environmentally friendly. They need to improve on this. Maybe team up with Terracycle, like other companies, use glass instead of plastic and/or create a return program for packaging like Lush cosmetics does. Also, not all of their products are that safe toward the environment. Their sunscreen needs to improve itself on becoming reef safe. Some products list "fragrance" as an ingredient (need more transparency there). You need to spend about a minimum of $65 every month. I think this is completely realistic if you combine what you need and look at your monthly budget for certain necessities anyway (lotion, first aid, cleaning products, etc.) and then take advantage of the Learn to Earn.

Cancelled my membership 2 months ago because it was too expensive. They charged me this month. This company is a joke, some good products but absolute morons to deal with, if you cancel your membership you might want to think about cancelling that credit card.

Deserves zero stars. They scare you into becoming a member. Prices seem ok, but the products suck. I ordered the tooth paste for my daughter. Her dentist was horrified when we asked about it. They told us we should never use it. Thankfully we thought to ask. The body wash has artificial dyes in it. The men’s deodorant has aluminum. These are the things we are told to avoid and yet they still use them. They rave about the stain remover. I used it on a stain that I KNOW oxyclean has got out in the past and now the shirt is ruined because of course it didn’t work. And even if this stuff was good, the monthly order you are expected to buy is insane. So, only rich people should be able to buy “healthier” products. GTFO

I wish I could give this fraudulent company 0 stars. Be warned! Melaleuca is a big scam. They do not care about you nor your health. It's all a bunch of lies that they feed you, just to scare you so that they can rip you off. I repeat, be warned! First of all, there is a man called Dave Martinez who happens to be a big con artist. He goes around luring poor people who, of course, are desperately in need of money, by showing them forged cheques with huge amounts of money in them. His goal is to show them how much money they can make if they become a Melaleuca member. Dave Martinez will lie right in your face that he is not a marketer and does not market products for sale, at the same time, he's busy telling you about Melaleuca products and why you should invest your money in them. After making his so-called presentation (a.k.a. marketing the products), he will then try to convince people to sign up to try the products. Bare in mind, Melaleuca forces you to purchase their products monthly, worth of $66.44. If you don't buy their products, Melaleuca will forcefully take money out of your credit card which you used for registration and send you random products that you have not requested for. Be warned! Melaleuca products are fake and overpriced. Save yourself all the lies from this fraudulent company and purchase real organic products from your local grocery stores that are priced reasonably. Run far far away from that fraudster, Dave Martinez. These people do not care about you. All they want is your money. Let me tell you just how wicked this company is. If they send you products worth of $66.44 without your notice and you decide to return them, Melaleuca will make you pay for the return shipping out of pocket, and still charge you $8 for the original cost of shipping the first time. Just how crazy can a company be? How sad! To the future considerers of Melaleuca products: You have been warned!
