This is a comment about customer service and treatment, not the products. I have a mobility disability, and correctly faxed a cancellation form. They sent products I didn’t want to use, and after I verified proof of cancellation, they would not refund shipping. With my mobility disability I was not able to return products with in their window. It is unfortunate that they present does have an integrity, then do not follow through with integrity on their own mistakes. Too bad, I liked their bath oil.

I have read some of the reviews here and I amazed that in this day and age people still misspell words and use poor grammar. People are easily confused as they write these reviews which may require deep thought and is an interruption to their smartphone use or bing watching TV. You are not spending any additional money, you are redirecting shopping dollars. One person wrote that you can get environmentally sound products cheaper at the supermarket. When the green revolution started, the brand names did not change their ingredients just the labels on their bottles. It was bad judgement on my part but I once used a brand name cleaner while I was in the shower and it inflamed my lungs and I needed medication to quell the inflammation. The products are competitively priced, excel in the ability to perform the intended purpose and the corporation is fine to deal with. There is an excellent book written by Cal Newport called "Deep Work" which explains why people are losing their ability to function. Put your phone down, turn the TV off, pick up a book, learn to spell and conduct yourself in a professional manner. When you write a review on a website and misspell basic words it is a reflection on you, not the products you are reviewing.

Pain in the butt to get set up. Have to call a # then wait for someone to call you. I just want to go online and be able to order what I want and not jump through a million hoops and wait for a rep to contact me.

Thank you for a friend who share Melaluca to me. At first I was a bit worry about the product preforming and second I was worry can I meet the 35 points requirement each month, but my friend has explain to me very clearly, telling me to become a trial member for few months and slowly try out the products, like household daily use products, daily supplements and even skincare, if any reason I’m not happy with the products, I have 60 days guaranteed, return for exchange or credit, and if I still really not happy, I can always cancel my membership anytime. After 4 months of me and my partner using melaluca, I can say we are really please with there products, maybe some products I don’t really like, but I do like most of it. They do very good supplements that your body can feel the different. And now into there 100% pure essential oil collection, 35 points requirement to me is easily met, for a couple. Highly recommend 👍

I love melaleuca products. They EcoSense products are environmentally safe products and highly quality, they save you money in long term use due to there cleaning products are highly concentrated. They also have a verity high quality supplements that work. And for the whole family, with the oligo technology behind it. No other brand has this technology.

Some of their products are very good, but most of them are overpriced compared with what you can buy in the local supermarket. Maybe it was a novelty 20 years ago to be able to buy environmentally friendly cleaning products: now all the supermarkets stock them at a much lower price. For me, the other drawback was having to meet a ‘30 point’ target in order to get the preferred price. I ended up with a huge stockpile of toothpaste and soaps (which I ended up giving to a charity for the homeless). If you have a large family it may work well for you: otherwise forget it. One plus is that, unlike other posters, I had no problem cancelling my membership. Only a couple of ‘please come back’ emails, which I ignored.

I have received high quality products and customer service from Melaleuca. I plan to purchase many of my products here vs the big store brand. If your new to Melaleuca I encourage you to get educated before listening to some of these reviews. In any new adventure education is your first line of defense. So far so good. Thanks for a great opportunity.
