MelaleucaReviews of melaleuca.com

The best products I have ever used or have even researched. The company is Whole Foods quality, target pricing and amazon convenience. Their customer service department has been the best experience of any company I have dealt with. Not one negative experience in 3 years and I love it that they manufacture their own products the same month you order. Fresh!!! They also own their own farms and do not outsource to anyone. You only order what you need.... no different than you going to the store every month to get what you need. You are a great company melaleuca!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!!! They make you get 35 pints every month which is around 65 month. Cheaper and better products out there.so I called to cancel my account and I couldn't. I had to download a form ,print it off and mail it back in. What company can the account holder not just call in and cancel.i figured it was just easier to cancel my card. WRONG. They sent me another package even though it wouldnt go through on my card. Then they keep emailing me about paying for it. So I had to call in again . The second lady that I talked to(after losing my cookies) finally aloud me to write it on a paper, take a picture and email it back. Who has time to go through this hassle of the other ordeal they want you to do . Such a pain . They Refuse to send me a shipping lable to send it back because I don't want it. Advise to never get started. Wish I would have read all the other reviews before starting. The only people giving it a 5star are people signing people underneath them and making money.

Why would you listen to the EWG? Do you know any of those people? Check out what the American Council on Science and Health has to say about them. Did you look up ratings on Lysol on the EWG site? Full of toxins, yet B ratings? They are a farce. They are the scam. However, Melaleuca is the real deal. It is a wonderful shopping club, with safer, more effective, affordable, eco-friendly products that you are in control of buying. It's a shopping club. If you don't like it cancel. Very simple.

I have been nothing but satisfied with every single item that I’ve purchased. The Kona coffee is seriously the best I’ve ever had, I love the way my laundry smells after using their lavender scent, and the pre packaged vitamins are top quality!

Excellent Products! Priced well considering you are getting healthier safer products for your family. Customer Service is awesome when I have contacted them. And when I was able to try the products risk free for 60 days....I was sold! Great company! I just don’t understand the negative reviews that’s been put down, the company is really not as bad as it says and I have notice most of the bad reviews come from U.S as this is U.S Company and as we know U.S have so many challenging in this kind of networking online stores.... you know what I mean?

It was horrible 4 months with Melaleuca. Customer service is very bad. Seriously I wanted to give back my products, they told you that you have 60 days guarantee and 100% money back. Its bull s*it. My son try only 1 vitamin and he said they ugly so I give back within 5 days later and they not back my all money. They are a thieves. Also I try to cancel my account but they told me that is too late and they already send to me order which I didn't want to. Do not trust them

Please make sure you read ALL labels before buying anything. I’m highly disappointed to find out the shampoo has sulfates, chloride, blue 1... the deodorant has aluminum, almost all their products contain the word “fragrance”, which many of you know is not a good sign. They’re not as clean as they like to make themselves look. If you want a refund, you have to ship items back at your cost with a note stating you want a refund. Their customer service was ok. But they had no idea how to answer where their essential oils came from or why their products had harmful/unnatural ingredients. I will be canceling my subscription. I could have gotten the same products with crap ingredients at Walmart for far less.

The cleaning products are totally UNBEATABLE. I have been using natural products like seventh generation, Mrs. Meyers, and even just vinegar and baking soda for the past several years. These are the absolute best.
