Do not sign up with this company. Even after you cancel, they will still send you a backup order and charge you. There customer service is horrible. Some of there products are good but overpriced, even with the discount received for signing up for a membership. They are dishonest. They lied and stated that they couldn’t cancel the backup order because it already shipped but they were unable to provide a tracking number. When I checked my account, the order was still in the processing phase. It had not shipped as they stated. This is why they couldn’t provide a tracking number. Consumers Beware!

These people are having problems cancelling because they try to cancel after the 14th of the month.You've got to cancel before the 14th if you want to or you do get a back up order. Also the company says it is a blend of Science and Nature.They're not all natural and they don't claim that. I think the products are of very high quality.I sell them too to a community. One lady has bad COPD.She was rapt and very happy with the air freshener-No problems with it like all of the other supermarket ones she said. I have very good feedback from the people I sell it to and they pay retail price for them.I am very happy with the products too.

Terrible MLM SCAM! They make it almost impossible to opt out! I went through hell and back just to cancel my order which they send and charge for without the consumers approval. 0 out of 10 highly do NOT recommend.

My family have been using Melaleuca products for more than 9 years, absolutely love them, first class customer service and the products are safe and effective, also fair price.

I worked for melaleuca for about a month. worst company I have ever seen. They rip you off and lie to you, do not go with this company do not buy from them. they say you have to have up to 35 points when you order or you will get a backup order. you can't order one thing no it must be up to 35 points. and that 35 points was always over a hundred dollars for me. it's like your forced to buy something monthly you have no choice or they will send a backup order and hit your card for it. nothing but a thorn in my side. and also I was never sent a paycheck like that said after correcting something. so there's that as well

I tried canceling my account with Melaleuca on November 30th because I did not want to be charged again. Still, Melaleuca took 3 Days to process my cancellation, guaranteeing that they would charge me for a backup order, which totals to around $67. Now I have to go through a lengthy process to get my refund versus them just simply having an easy account cancellation process. You can't tell me that this isn't' intentional...

Love everything about the products!

I truly like the products but customer service sucks. I didnt have the money one month so I called to skip a month. Surprize, I was told I cant skip a month I have to cancel. So I told them to cancel my account. Well they charged my account and shipped it anyway. I had to close my card out and get another one to stop them from taking my money. I disputed it with my bank and I got my money back. Now they are harassing me telling me I owe them for shipping. Don't ever sign up with them they do what they want with your hard earned money!!!!!
