I changed the cleaning products and many personal care items our family uses to Melaleuca this past July. They work and smell nice but most importantly, I have noticed that I no longer wheeze and cough when I clean. I have recommended this online shopping service to friends and many have joined and also like what Melaleuca has to offer. I have had 2 family members cancel their membership because they decided online shopping was not for them. Cancelling was absolutely NOT hard (like anything else, you must follow their procedure) and customer service has been very good and exceptionally polite. I feel very comfortable recommending this company and its products. Enjoy!

Terrible. They say they are a non toxic company, however, they dont clearly list things on the label. Then, I followed instructions to quit, and they conveniently never recieved it. This company is crap. There are far better options out there.

and here's why. The products work SO well. They have so much to offer besides amazing & versatile cleaners. The customer service - spectacular. I'm also a fan of their essential oil line. My family loves Melaleuca. We buy it all, and we're pleased with it all. Becoming a member is the best decision I've ever made for myself and my family. And no, I have not decided to make a business of it, I just truly love their products, but I know plenty who choose to, with success, and it's just one of so many perks to becoming part of this incredible wellness family. Love me some Mela!

I grew up with Melaleuca products in my home and I have always loved the quality of the cleaners and supplements. My favorite product is the Peak Performance Total packs, I know that all my bases are covered and that I won't be vitamin or mineral deficient. I have only had to call customer service a few times, but it is so nice to talk to a human vs. automated system and also they really know what they are talking about and also value me as a customer. I can tell this company will be around for a long time and will continue to innovate and thrive and provide more value for its customers.

CRAP customer service. They won't let you see the products and prices before you sign up, so then you sign up and you put stuff in your back up order, so you do and then they completely ignore it and send you a box of the most random junk you'll never use and then ignore your questions and emails

Over 15 yrs, and I'm still thrilled with their products. The ONLY thing we've found to help my son's Eczema at half the price of countless prescriptions. Great "Earth friendly" choices, safe for our pets, and children. Wonderful products, customer service and they work great! We are a happy, healthy family and I can only wonder how much Melaleuca had to do with it all?
