Sales Rep never reviewed with me the monthly order requirement. I cancelled before the 19.99 was due. The sales rep said I wouldn't be charged... but they did. Stay away.. they are not honest

Products aren’t as good as reported. Over priced for what you get. Hair products - not very good Couldn’t afford to make an order and they sent a “backup” package pretty much stuff that wasn’t selling ... I decided to terminate my membership.

Melaleuca cleaning and laundry products are the best in the market, price and quality is great! I got my membership for $1 and $20 back in products. Also I am loving the make up products. I am a happy customer so far since June 2019

I signed up for Melaleuca in September of 2019 because I was interested in getting my house toxin free. However: they tell you that their products are cheaper than store products but that only refers to their cleaning products. You spend 80+ a month trying to reach your monthly “quota.” I love their cleaning products. Their hair products are horrible. Make-up is great but expensive. I am struggling to reach a product quote every month. They prey on people getting signing up and not cancelling because they can’t say no to friend or want to help out a friend. They call it “building relationships” poor business practice if you ask me. They also spam the heck out of customers! They don’t “advertise” but I get emails a couple times a week, but home security, buy smart home, buy through marketplace, get our credit card. It is honest to god ridiculous. I think their customer service is nice, but I think their business practice is poor quality and full of deceiving people and preying on people because they can’t say no. And don’t you think it’s odd that they don’t allow reviews on google or facebook? What are they so afraid of?

I've been trying to cancel my membership since December. They said they did not get my info. I'm glad I still have my cancelation emails. Now I get an email that I have another shipment coming tomorrow. Customer service said I was cancelled and that I'd receive no more shipments 2X.

Wow, I find it hard to believe the bunk people post. I have been with Melaleuca for over 7 yrs. Have I had a few problems, of course, a pack of d/w pods had some broken ones (they shipped me 2 new packages within 3 days), an eyebrow pencil arrived and the twist wouldn't work, took a credit for that one, and a pump wouldn't work on a product, they shipped me a new one!! A quick call to customer service... all taken care of. During the call you can select to have a new product shipped (free) immediately, put in your cart for the next order, or take a credit in loyalty dollars, placed in your account. To cancel, after your first order or ANY time, simple, download the form, fill it in return. Have helped 3 or 4 cancel over time for various reasons, not one of them has had it cost them extra or had any hassle at all. If you are being hassled by a rep, that is their personal way of doing business, and has nothing to do with the company. Roped in, hah, don't you all buy product every month, cleaning, vitamins, pet care, beauty, health, the list just keeps growing. I have nothing to gain by posting here, no one is signing up with me, I am not making a penny. Just hate to see bullies and liars bash one of the few companies who actually care about their customer service and reputation. Have a nice day.

The only thing worse than their customer service and products, are their representatives. After meeting their rep a couple of times socially, he asked to do lunch to talk about a friend of mine that is a new artist. When we met, we talked about his interest in her art for 15-20 minutes. He then starts to break out his sales information and goes on for 45 minutes or more. The whole thing seemed off and I didn't know him very well. He was introduced to me by a long time friend I trusted. I told him it's only 2 of us and the amount of products you had to buy each month was a lot more than we needed. He then told me I didn't have to stay, but he only needed 2 more people to win a trip to Hawaii. I could cancel after he wins. About 3 months. I agreed and told him I would not stay after the 3 months. I told him after the 3 months had passed, I was going to cancel. He begged me not to, he hadn't won yet. I stayed another 3 months, didn't let him know in advance and found out you have to call them so they can try to talk you out of cancelling for 20 minutes. They then send you a form to download , fill it out and mail it to them. I had over $90.00 in credit and was informed they do not give cash refunds, it will only be refunded as a store credit. I told them I wouldn't have cancelled if I wanted their product. Nope, store credit. I told them to keep it, I did not want their products. Next they told me they would send me an email notification of the credit every month which they would charge $10.00. Got an email and letter telling me they were giving me a refund of $8.98!!! Wow! Could that possibly be because that's less than their monthly charge and they would have to show a negative balance of $1.02? Tricky devils. I replied to Laina how much I appreciated their generous refund. I also, for a 2nd time lodged a complaint about their representative. He knew before I could print the cancellation form and called me. He was so nice and asked me to reconsider. He started calling me early the next morning. I refused to answer. He then started texting me, many, many times. Always reminding me of my credit. I told him I still have stuff from my first order. My cabinets were full. He then got very nasty and told me it was stupid to leave money behind. I should stay and collect my credit. I told him that I would still have to pay the difference between it and what my agreement required.I told him it wasn't budget friendly as I had to over buy and was hurting my budget. He told me he didn't need to know what my budget problems were and he didn't care to. He still thought it was stupid to leave money behind. I didn't answer him. Had enough. He waited a few minutes, texted me again and said that since I'm leaving it, to send him my account information and password so he can get it!!! He harassed me. Tried to bully me. He was disrespectful, rude and nasty. He then wants me to help him defraud his company and take my money!! I have sent complaints to them. I replied to Laina at an email she provided. Nothing. Not even an apology. I am seriously considering a harassment suit against them both.
