I bought the women’s Herbal deodorant and after a week my underarms broke out with such a bad rash I couldn’t wear any deodorant for 4 weeks to allow them to heal. It was terrible! I thought maybe my underarms just didn’t like it. Less than 6 months ago I starting using their Herbal Shampoo and Affinia Ultra Moisturizing Conditioner. Now my scalp has been consistently itching for the last week. I am in agony!!!! I just now read the ingredients and am totally shocked! The shampoo has sodium coco-sulfate listed 2nd (synthetic detergent not safe) and cocamidopropyl betaine listed 3rd (may cause cancer). The conditioner lists dimethicone cross polymer as ingredient #9 (prolong exposure can actually increase skin irritation and it is a non-biodegradable chemical.) Both contain phenoxyethanol which is a known carcinogen. Shame on me for not doing my homework and reading up on their products. And shame on them for misleading me in thinking they were a natural company who cared about their customers. If you are a sworn Melaleuca member please do a little research. These products are so bad for you and your family! If you don’t use these particular products, research the ones you do use. They are making millions at the expense of our health! Be aware and inform yourself!!!!!!!

Very satisfied with most products purchased thus far! Love the microwave popcorn=Delicious!! My daughter & I love the make-up!! Not so pleased with the poor quality of some liquid soap dispensers, drips too much after pump is pushed. Bar soaps and lotions are nice, good to have more natural products in our home! Thanks!

My Wife got roped into buying their stuff because she couldn’t say no to a friend. When I got wind of the deal a couple months later, I said we’re done with this schitt. Couldn’t believe how much hassle it was to cancel her membership. While my wife was sending in all the paperwork, I ended up paying our CC balance and then cancelled the card on file. We ended up refusing the last package and sent it back. Never heard from them after that.

I am back with Melaleuca. I first signed up with Melaleuca in 2012 finding a solution for a child for eczema. I tried many of their cleaning products, shampoos, toothpaste and mouthwash. We moved across country in an RV so I cancelled my account. IT WAS EASY. Yes, I followed the instructions to cancel before the 14th of the month. In 2010 I faxed it in. I also used the products in our RV. It was great because I could store the extra small bottles vs Costco size. I rejoined in 2017 and was happy but we were in another move and traveling, so I cancelled again. EASIER. I printed and signed it. I think my husband signed both times because he could order on the account, too. I took a picture of it with my phone and emailed it in. DONE - and cancelled before the 14th of the month. I have been out to the Knoxville site. It is clean, well organized and the people were really kind. I signed up again this last December. This is my first time actually taking the Peak Performance Pack. I have studied nutrition and was EXTREMELY skeptical. I refused it the last 2 times. Well, I will say that it works for me. Being in Perimenopause I was sweating. After 5 days, I noticed a huge difference, not sweating and am sleeping better. I am not even taking the product that can help for perimenopause. No other change to diet, etc. I like their products. They are not organic. Please know the difference between Aluminum used in ANTIPERSPIRANT, and real safety studies, and that there is none in deodorant. I kept seeing deodorants at the store saying aluminium free - well that's because it was never in it. Marketing by by fear really bugs me. I called customer service and they were very patient with my long list of questions about products. I do get that there are proprietary blends, almost every company has them. They are also called trade secrets. It is not deceptive. It is how many products are differentiated globally. I have called more times in the last 3 weeks about many things in the products and I have been well educated. Also the new Sei Bella is amazing. I wasn't a huge fan of it before, but am happy now. If you are looking for organic only - know organics aren't perfect, can oxidize and must have preservatives to sit on shelves when they've been processed. I am happy with the addition of the essential oils because I can't buy that many each month from other companies and get overwhelmed at stores with the vast amount of different companies. I really like the wide range of items that I buy. I still shop at Target and Walmart...but now I shop online through the Marketplace and get loyalty dollars back. Bonus is that I can pick up my items at the stores and I am not impulse buying which is easy to do with the "dollar baskets". Also please do not compare dollar style store prices because the quality and quantity are not similar. I hope this helps. Most of us shop a lot of places. We have chosen Melaleuca for many reasons. People are happy or not happy with products all the time for a variety of reasons. It is lovely that we have some many choices available in this country! Big box and online.

I've been a customer for many years because of Melaleuca's wonderful products. I love the Vitality for Life products like the new SimplyFit bars, Fiberwise sleeves, and the Peak Performance Pack vitamins. I feel more energetic when I'm regularly using them. The Ecosense products work well too, and I feel more comfortable knowing I'm using natural ingredients to wash the dishes (Diamondbrite) and do the laundry. I have sensitive skin, and so do a few of my kids, so using natural ingredients and avoiding toxic chemicals in my home is a big plus. I also love Sei Bella shampoo and the fun line of soaps.

I’ve been a customer of Melaleuca for 5 years now. I enjoy the majority of their products and usually don’t have any issues ordering each month. They are not an MLM because you do not need to have inventory on hand unlike actual mlm companies out there. You can choose to try referring customers if you want in order to gain extra income but you don’t have to. Customers trying to cancel obviously aren’t canceling before the 14th of the month. It’s not that hard. My monthly orders are usually between $75-$100. I enjoy knowing the cleaning products are better for me and my home. And their coffee is great!

As far as I can tell, I don't have any issues with the products. Although, they don't list their ingredients and the laundry detergent smells heavily of chemical fragrance. Who knows what's in it though. Not me 🤷 Its not listed. The problem with this company comes when you try to NOT get a monthly shipment. They don't allow you to skip a month, and you also can't order less than $80 (plus shipping! There is never any free shipping), or you'll lose your member discounts. So, if you can't afford to spend $100 on cleaning products EVERY SINGLE MONTH, a problem arises. To cancel, First, you have to get a special link sent to you by a rep who works for the company. Then, follow that link, and request that ANOTHER link be sent to your email. Then, follow that link to fill out a questionnaire and cacellation request form. I did all of this. THEN, you have to print another document and physically SIGN your name, and send it in the mail!!! My printer would not print it. Oh well, I had done everything else, I assumed it was canceled. Not so. They withdrew another $80 from my account this month and auto shipped a box that I do not want. And of course, I cannot cancel the shipment after it has been shipped. The first time this happened, I didn't even know they had an autoship. No one told me about it! So now I've spent $200 on cleaning products for 2 months in a row that I did not even want! I am doing what everyone else is doing, and canceling my debit card. It seems that there is no other way to stop them from continuously taking my money, without my consent.
