This review like my last will probably get removed, but avoid this terrible scam! They even have me canceled, but strong holded my bank for another $65 and I never even got the order. This will not go without repercussions. Its just another pyramid scheme that have their loyalist brainwashed like a cult. Bad service, owner is anti LGBTQ and good luck canceling. I don't spend nearly as much getting real Natural environment safe products at my local store. Way expansive for below avg product. If you like waisting money and giving to an evil company, go for it.

The products are okay. The only issue with this company is that even when you cancel with them, they still keep sending products and taking money from your card even after you have returned it. Customer service is very sketchy. I and my wife won't ever be returning to this company as customers again as they don't follow their own cancellation policy. I advise others to research this company before signing up because it sounds like you'll get rich fast

The part that always seemed messed up with me is the fact you are FORCED TO BUY their product each month. No if ands or buts. You have no choice. This right here is the biggest red flag. No moral company would force their customers into buying $65 a month plus. This right here is a racket and just ways to guarantee sales for them. Those here who says the bad reviews are wrong, trust me, they are 100% accurate. Terrible customer service. Products are fair at best and overpriced. People are fooled by their sales approach. Canceling is near impossible and they will keep withdrawing money from your bank each month. They say its a simple process, but that is far from the truth. One lie after another with this SCAM COMPANY! What a racket! Still trying to cancel my membership. If I knew then what I knew now, I would never have tried them. Wish I looked here first. My name is Dion Wilson and I am a real person, I've been a customer with Melaleuca for 2 years now and couldn't be happier. I started out as a customer "only" in July and began to refer others in October, just made sense to share with others... no harm no foul. And yes, I have had some that (for whatever reason) decided to cancel their membership. I must say that after reading some of these reviews, I don't understand the problem, not one person (NOT ONE) and I've had several, had an issue with canceling their membership. I don’t often leave reviews, in fact this is probably my first ever!! But it just irked me with some of these reviews, claiming that they had such issues... personally I call bull crap. I've been a customer for over 9 years and I love the products and the company. Thanks to this amazing company and their great work ethic, I've been able to introduce many friends and families to this awesome shopping club and never got issues like the ones that others comments. I even offer to call Melaleuca with them to help cancel their membership when they need it and many of them come back just for the products quality. For those reading all reviews here at Trustpilot, I suggest to visit the Better Business Bureau and you will find that Melaleuca has an A+. Don't make decision base on personal opinions.

I am extremely disappointed for taking Melaleuca membership. Products are not worth it. You have to purchase their minimum requirement. They entice you with "Loyalty Shopping Dollar" that is a gimmick. Please do not fall into that deception. Shipping charge is very high. I became very sick after taking a product. The label on the product is extremely small, and have to have a pair of magnifying glasses to read it. No kidding. I missed work for a week and a half. I took the product for a few days not knowing the danger of it. I went through severe abdominal cramping, vomiting, diarrhea, rashes, and headache. My Provider has record of these since I have visited the provider twice, besides COVID tests twice. The company supposed to compensate for the problems they caused me. After all, as I approached Melaleuca to cancel my membership, they got me going through circles, very bad experience. They made it clear, "this is how they do it." If you want to cancel membership, "there is a process to go through", but to sign up, no wait that is instant. Interestingly enough, they offered me a refund for the product that was less than what I paid. They insisted that the refund credited onto my cancelled credit card! They are that smart!! What a waste of my time and money! I totally regret for taking membership with Melaleuca. The agents are there to make a buck. If I were reading the reviews, I would not have done this to me. I hope the readers learn from others mistake!

Do NOT do business with this cult. They sucked my parents into their scam pyramid scheme and stole from them. My father was obsessed with the company and invested so much money into their marketing packages and products that he couldn't pay bills and almost lost his house. My mother attempted to close the account for months, but Melaleuca still removes money from her checking account randomly. She now has Alzheimer's, so I can't do anything to stop this theft. I can't close her checking account, since this is the account she receives her retirement in and she is not able to open a new account because of her condition. This company needs to be shut down.
