Their essential oil literally saved my life when going to the ACTUAL ER FAILED. I went to the hospital for a tooth infection that caused a reaction that made my whole face flare up. They put me on antibiotics twice and it didn’t go away. I used melaleuca tea tree essential oil for ONE NIGHT and it went away!! I am continually surprised by the high quality of their products. I’ve been with them for years and they never fail to amaze me with how much better their stuff is than going to these cheap China made stores. I saw a person say their conditioners have sulfates but that’s not true I looked at the label I wish people would be less random and hateful when leaving a review and actually think about it before they do it. I looked up the list of sulfates and the conditioner I have from melaleuca doesn’t have them. I can’t say all dont have but it’s wrong to say all do. Melaleuca is all American made and made with American standards of health and quality. For people who care about what goes in to their products that is a game changer. There’s no way to know what you’re getting when it comes from over seas. And it’s just better for America to buy America. I am so done shopping over seas junk this is an amazing solution for me and I really encourage others to consider how it may help them and their community. Imagine that you are buying products from your own store, and your family is buying from your store. People have a negative connotation with peer marketing because they have been conditioned NOT to look at their community as one that supports each other. I wonder who benefits from that. Family buying essentials from your store is empowering to the entire family. I hope that people ditch the bad businesses and choose quality, health and community support

I've been using this company since January of 2020. I love most of the products I have tried. I won't lie though, some things I have ordered I wasn't a huge fan of but I think that comes with trying anything new. It's a process and you may not like certain things. I love the supplements for myself and my children, the laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap/detergent, kids body/hair wash, house cleaning products. Those are the things I can't go without. Some things I would consider higher in price but I really think when you compare it to store bought items(most all of which are highly diluted so you're basically buying water....) the price definitely makes the most sense. Trying to switch to non toxic products that are safe for my family and me has been made so much easier with this company. When you sign up you're committing to making a purchase each month, you can create a backup order in case you forget that month and that order you create will be sent to you. I personally choose to have my "backup order" be a certificate and the money taken from my card is just applied to my account. They sent me a backup order I didn't make or want one time and I emailed them immediately and let them know and they replied very quickly. I asked for a return label because I didn't feel I should have had to pay to ship it back and they sent me a label with no questions asked. I don't see myself canceling my membership any time soon but if I did I know the protocol and steps to take to do it and from the experiences I've personally had I don't see it being an issue at all.

I would never recommend this program to anyone. I signed up mostly out of interest in their daily vitamin program but it was massively overpriced and generic. I found Persona to be more cost-efficient and the vitamins were selected based upon your needs. Also, if you don't place an order every month with Melaleuca, then will place an order for you, charge your card and send you a random box of crap you probably don't need. Last month (I forgot to cancel in time), I was charged over $90 and got a couple of packs of wipes, 4 bottles of hand sanitizer and some crappy hand lotion. None of which I needed nor wanted. They will say that 90% (or a number around there) of their customers will place a second order with them. I think that number is only so high because it's a pain in the neck to cancel your membership. Most people probably forget to cancel or don't cancel in time for their second order. Altogether I received 3 boxes and out of the dozens of items we received, I found 2 or 3 useful. The rest were either given away or thrown in the trash because NO ONE wanted them.

Pure pyramid scheme. Anyone who says differently is lying or naive. Overpriced and difficult to leave after trying it out. This is a sketchy pyramid program hidden in pretty packaging (although, a few of the products are great. . . . but still overpriced).

This is the worst company on the face of the earth. I cancelled my monthly shipments the morning after I received a notice of a monthly auto shipment they scheduled, due to me not filling out an order. I could not keep spending the money each month (due to loss of income/Covid), but planned to resume when things got back to normal. Not only would they not stop the shipment (it hadn't left their warehouse), they refused to give me my money back when they received the shipment back from me, as I refused it at the door once it had arrive. UPS shows they received it back, but no refund to me. Don't ever get connected with this company. It is unbelievable in today's world that their are still companies that treat customers like this. Not Costco, Sams, or Amazon...they'd never treat their customers like that. Hopefully very soon Melaleuca will be NO MORE!!!

I joined Melaleuca in April 2020 and have been a happy customer ever since. My health was deteriorating end of 2019 and my doctor wanted to put me on diabetic meds. I decided to lose weight and take their peak performance vitamins challenge. After 4 months of being on them, I went back to doctor and was no longer in diabetic levels. My A1C went down, my iron and vitamin D levels were up. Their snacks are yummy, the laundry detergents are wonderful and their sei bella skincare line is A+. Those complaining that you can't cancel are nuts. All you have to do is submit your request in writing and they will cancel the same day. They have 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you don't like the product, you can ask for a refund, or exchange. I will continue to shop with a company who offers quality plant-based safer products. My health is my priority. If you prefer harsh chemicals and ingredients you can't pronounce in products you use, then this online wellness company may not be for you.

This business is such a scam. They started sending me Orders without my approval even after I called to ensure this wouldn’t happen and cancelled! I still got charged and a package of items I have to PAY shipping to return.
