My wife and I have shopped with this amazing wellness shopping club since April 2010 and it has gotten better and better over the years. HUNDREDS of great products that are things we run out of and then got to buy more of every month. We love saving time and money and being healthier! It’s a great community of shoppers that are all about wellness!

I have been a happy Melaleuca customer for 8 months now and have had only positive experiences on my customer journey. Here in the UK it was a tough couple of months with the Brexit transition but Customer Services were friendly and helpful when I experienced unexpected delays. I am very pleased overall with the quality and value offered by Melaleuca and over the months I have recommended friends and family to shop at the store too. I know from direct experience that the cancellation process is actually pretty straight forward. My mum decided to start shopping at the online store and after 6 months decided to take a break from the preferred membership agreement. She found the cancellation process clear and easy to navigate. Yes, she had to print off a form to sign and then email that back to Melaleuca, but it's not rocket science. If my mum who is 83 and not particularly tech-savvy can manage the cancellation process, I am sure any other customer can too! As with any agreement we sign up to, it's important to understand what is expected of us and you will only ever we sent the pre-selected back-up order if you do not place a bespoke order by the last day of the month. Personally I can't imagine ever forgetting to do my monthly shop, but it is one of the conditions of preferred membership that you place a monthly order. At the end of the day, it's a month by month arrangement and you are free to cancel whenever you choose.

I tested this subscription through the encouragement of a relative. I honestly do not care for the product lines. I had a fiber product that was absolutely awful and the other products were not worth the money. I canceled this subscription through the company's layered cancelation process and still got a product order. I used my loyalty points for some free items prior to cancelation and never received the order. I was forced to pay the cost to return the product to get my refund for this month...

To EVERYONE who’s saying that they KEEP sending you products every month even though you DID NOT order. First and foremost.... Melaleuca is preferred membership with 35 product points MONTHLY shopping. When you fill out the application form it CLEARLY states that if you don’t place your order in a month THERE will be a back up order that you agreed upon signing up. So please DO NOT blame the company for your ignorance not reading the terms and conditions... Their products are NOT over priced ... they are concentrated that needs to be diluted with water for more than two or three refills. Again, please educate yourselves to read and learn more about their products before signing up and blaming them for being ignorant! I LOVE THIS COMPANY and they are the only company that cares about the environment that we are all living in...

I've been a Melaleuca customer for years and have always been 100% pleased with what they offer. Top quality products for the health-conscious person at wholesale prices. I've also received well over $1K in free stuff from them just for being a loyal customer. It's nice to be able to deal with a privately owned and proudly American company. Not sure what some of these other reviewers are griping about... just buy whatever you want or cancel your membership at any time and pay retail. Whatever. I've got to remember that the average IQ of the public has been declining for decades.

They will keep trying to charge your credit card even if it is declined. Do not sign up. Overpriced products and it is very difficult to cancel. Still waiting for a refund. They charge $20 to send a package back which was way more then what the shipping costs. Still waiting for a manager to call me back after her lunch break. What a joke of a company!!

Why is there no Zero or -5 Rate? Melaleuca is a scam, a rip off and a modern day slavery. Please don't venture into it at all; you will regret if you do. I regret venturing into it. They will order rubbish for you if you don't order on time and they will charge your card; the will make sure you order one more time after notifying them that you are no longer interested in them before they can cancel your member ship.
