I love Melaleuca the product is safe for my family specially the cleaning products my kids has asthma when I use bleach to clean I have to open the door and windows my children cannot breath. but with melaleuca I can clean without worrying.

Horrible. The products are absolutely terrible, I used to get the laundry stuff and various cleaning supplies but they don’t work. Most of my laundry smells like old sweat and must, even after five washes. The cleaning supplies don’t clean jack squat. It literally didn’t even help get pancake mix off my counter. I got some generic multisurface cleaner and it was gone in a jiffy. This company is a massive rip off and a massive waste of money.

My experience is positive. This company sells the products online and there is no retail sales in shops, the customers needs to join as member before they are purchase online. You get loyalty points , and the products are highly concentrated , environment friendly, safe on your skin and all work as described , the supplement improved my health and appearance and the cleaning product saves me time and money and kind to my skin and my friend who introduced me to the company look after me, it really down to the person who runs the team , and if you have any problems talk to your presenter, they should help you to solve any problems. However I do think the staff in the Head office are not customer friendly enough and often do not respond to emails or take a long time to do so. My friends in the team do not have problem on resigning , speak to your presenter and they will help you. Before joining you do need to understand your obligation fully which mean you need to spend a set amount each month and pay the delivery charge which is £7, however the money is refunded as loyalty points , many company charges for delivery especially the product comes Germany, last year the delivery time was 3-4 days but January and February 2021 took longer , to be fair Royal mail and many other companies failed to delivery on time too especially for the parcels sent in December. I love the products and I changed all my household products with Melaleuca and the cost of like for like product is fair (it is comparable to Ecover but works better) and for example my laundry detergent cost £15.75 for 960ml, you use 10 ml per load and you can use it 96 loads, which cost about 15p per load, this is really 9 time concentrated but using natural enzyme , effective in cold water , and no Chlorine bleach Formaldehyde Phthalates Parabens This is very important for eczema sufferer like me and I even use it for hand washing. Get to know how the company and products first then you wont be disappointed.

I did not receive my shipments for 4 months and Melaleuca kept charging my Bank Account. Months later after many phone calls, Melaleuca gave me a refund for 3 of the undelivered packages and they played dumb like they didn’t have to give me a refund for the undelivered package in October 2020. Again I had to argue with “Managers” that listen to your whole story and then they tell you they can’t help but they will bring someone else to help! By the third person you speak with, now your talking with someone with some brains and authority! This lady told me they are giving me a refund for the merchandise I did not receive; but I still had to pay $8.94 for the “shipping”! This is the kind of B.S. Melaleuca will give you as they apologize all sympathetic and at the end that ask, “Is there anything else I can do for you!” The worse customer service ever! Their overpriced vitamins have the same potency as the basic brands at your pharmacy. Don’t be fooled by the nice marketing; they just want you think this is a very special product! You get better quality with the Supplements at Costco!

I would give ZERO stars if I COULD. Sending replacement certificates, shipping takes about 10 days from initial transaction charge to your account. Trying to cancel is an absolute $h!tshow circus - I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

While the products are great. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL HAVE YOU SEND IN A FORM DO THIS DO THAT TO NO AVAIL. DO NOT JOIN IF YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR MIND LATER. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS WITH NO OTHER COMPANY. VERY DISGUSTING. DO NOT JOIN ANY MEMBERSHIP WITH COMPANY.

I love melaleuca! A business contact (now freind) told me about the company in 2010 ... I was a little nervous shopping online in that day but wanted more healthy and non toxic cleaners since I had young kids. We started shopping and have not stopped! We order several times a month and get our vitamins, shakes, cleaning supplies, soaps, air freshener, laundry, makeup.... pretty much most things they have ... lol. They have great quality, more natural products. When we travel we have to make sure we don’t forget our many key products that we use daily. Highly recommend ... customer care is great .... never have had any issues

This is by far the worst company I have ever experienced!!!! I wanted to cancel my membership I was told to fax a paper to cancel so I did twice. They continued to take money out of my account and I didn't even receive anything!! For months I have been robbed by this company!! I will spread the word to whom ever that this company is absolutely the worst!!!!!
