Best cleaners I’ve ever used while breathing. Seriously, the Melamagic cleans walls you are prepping for painting better than TSP and my hands are soft when done instead of dried out. Laundry detergent, no breakouts like I had with Tide Pods. The Soluguard is on the listed government site in the US for cleaners that kill covid. I keep some Soluguard wipes in my truck to clean my hands after the store, storage locker keypad or the lumberyard or HD/Lowe’s. Sanitized, but again, not dried out like alcohol based products. And all natural, which is important to me.

I’ve been a customer since 2014, have yet to run into any problems. I did lose my job at one point, I love these products so much I didn’t want to cancel, they were able to freeze my account for 6 months. Which was awesome. Technically you can still shop without being a member but you pay full price without discounts. I have yet to find a “hidden fee” or “catch”. They are transparent about everything which I love, recommend the products!

Literal and obvious pyramid scheme, but that has nothing to do with my problem with this company. No, that reason would be the forced, incredibly excessive monthly orders. After placing a couple orders to stock up on several products, I had all the cleaning supplies I would need for quite some time. Obviously Melaleuca disagreed, sending me $84 worth of products I did not need and also DID NOT ORDER. I then went on the website and deleted this automatic order. I guess that was not enough as they recreated the automatic order and tried to ship me another $84 worth of unwanted products the next month. Luckily I saw this before it shipped however they charged me $10 to cancel an order I DID NOT PLACE and had not yet shipped. I had to cancel my account just to prevent being sent unwanted products. What happened with the first unwanted order? I'm glad you asked.... after paying out of pocket to send the order back, they claim they did not receive it and did not refund me. Yes, essentially I paid ~$100 for absolutely nothing as they have all the products they sent me without my knowledge or consent. Unless you require large monthly shipments of "cheap" cleaning products, please do not waste your time and money going through this headache.

I dont like how this company operates. They use the pyramid selling scheme in which is illegal in Australia!!! My first order was great because I was trying something new. But I realised that is be spending $160+ each month which is unaffordable. On my 2nd order I had $50 credit to spend so I had all my points and then applied the credit on check out. It removed the points and wouldnt let me continue, they forced me to impulsively buy two extra items just so I could get the free credit. Upon joining the seller picked products that would be sent to me if I didnt make a monthy order, this did not sit well with me but I decided to give the products a try. It ended up saving me no money, its cheaper to go to the supermarket. I was paying $11 in postage ontop of my orders which should be free. What a horrible money hungry company and same with their little sellers trying to join people up. I made a complaint to the sales manager about why I wasn't going to continue buying her response was "im sorry you feel that way love." Not impressed.

Website is terrible!!! Trying to simply order Multivitamins on their Website and it's like PULLING TEETH!! Ill go to Amazon and try there now.

We recently became shoppers and find the membership awesome! My husband & I are thrilled with the amount of products they have. All things we buy at other outlets or online, with no savings, no real health benefits and no fun, not to mention many of these things we bought elsewhere were not American made or even shipped from our country. With this membership we had fun earning loyalty dollars which saved us even more! Will we share this business? You bet your loyalty dollars we will 😁

I just love this company and what they stand for. Their customer service is outstanding. When you call Melaleuca you actually get a human being n the other end of the phone. I love the eco sense product line and their peak performance vitamin packs. My Asthma has improved since I started using their cleaning products and taking the total health Vitamin packs.
