MelaleucaReviews of melaleuca.com

I have been a customer for several years. I have shared with a few friends and I also get a check back every month!! Monthly min order is 35pts, so low my college student son can do it. If you forget.. they send you your preselected back up order! It’s great!! The vitamins are amazing!!!

I have been a Melaleuca Customer for 20 yrs and I have had two issues with Melaleuca in 20 yrs and once I brought the matter to their attention they fixed it immediately and credited my acct each time no questions asked.

Worst company to deal with. Terrible customer service, anti LGBTQ founder and the products are not even all natural and green as they claim. So many harmful cancerous ingredients in their product. Seriously people, look at the real ingredients. Do not take their word for it. Cancelling is a pain and they still stole $70 from me without refunding it. I never got any product for it and they wont return my calls about stealing money straight out of my account and not for any products. BUYER BEWARE!

A Healthy USA Green Business has from the very beginning been about health and safety from products that are manufactured and used and produced with testimonies from hundreds to millions from people from all over the US and other places year after year. I've known this company and its clear mission statement for over 27 years SO melaleuca like all businesses look at the reviews in all fairness and create a "Cancel Button" and "Fix The Ongoing Problems" and Stop the ongoing problem which has been going on for years ... "Even if you have Great Products the customer Service Side still lacks tremendously after all this time, what a sad point to have to say publically. But Truth is Growth only if it is taken seriously Namaste and blessings for good Growth and continued healthy prosperity.

I canceled my membership because I don’t like the back order and also when I wanted to use my loyalty dollar I have to reach 35 points until I avail my loyalty dollar. Oh come on guys. If you saying you have 2 Million member , why you have to do the back order whithout letting the members known.

Our daughter bought us some products from this company, we got them and saw cool a wellness company based on natural products, my wife signed up ordered more products. They did short us but came clean and sent them to us, however 1 day I read and researched the ingredients, yuk natural not likely. Aluminum in the deodorant, other cancerous ingredients in the toothpaste etc. SENDING IT ALL BACK. CHINESE CRAP NOT WELCOME. DONT GET SUCKED INTO THIS TRAP. going back to Green beaver till the big scum companies buy them out to continue their poisoning of mankind. READ INGREDIENTS CAREFULLY, DONT TRUST ANY COMPANY PS NOR GOVERNMENT.

I have been taking the Peak performance women's pack for a year or two. They changed the vitamin's form into more capsules on this pack. Their claim is, it's still the same vitamins but they are more gentle on the stomach. Is anyone experiencing stomach upset with the new form?🙋🏾‍♀️ I feel sick all the time now! I had no issues before.

I have been with Melaleuca for eight years. After ordering a June order they still sent me a backup order. The agreement is to spend 35 points a month which I did. Shady part is they didn’t send a receipt or tracking. I called to tell them about the mistake on their part and they told me to send it back. When they credited me the money they did not give me back the shipping. They said I would have to take that up with UPS. When I told them that’s ridiculous I’ve already had to call and ship back. They told me they would send me a link to cancel my membership if I was so unhappy. I Talked to about 3 reps all of them talked down at me. For example “it’s not our fault you don’t know mountain time” I stuck with this company all through Covid even though they were out of everything. 1 complaint in eight years and they didn’t care to do anything about it. Not to mention all the times products came in damaged or spilt. I never complained. Ever! They literally cram everything in a box that’s basically busted every time the order comes in even though your paying high shipping. Total scam!!!!!!! Watch out they will charge your card basically without your approval. If you order anything with a nozzle plan on it to break. You will then have to buy a new nozzle.
