Meet One TrikeReviews of meetonetrike.com

The Meet One Tour trike is a very high quality piece of machinery. This is not a toy. It’s built to last for years. The trike is powerful and handles like a dream. Before buying, know that it’s very heavy (183 pounds) and can not be easily lifted. There is a learning curve to ride the trike as it’s completely different than riding a bicycle but once you’re comfortable riding it, you’ll know that you’ve made the right decision in purchasing it.

My cruise control never worked on my Meet One Tour Trike. After an investigation by Meet One Trike they determined that it was the display that was faulty. They ordered me a new display and after a couple of three weeks, I got it and I put the new display on and the cruise control works perfect. I am very, very happy to have the cruise control, on long rides and flat level ground. It will really save my wrist from getting stiff. Thank you Meet One Trike customer service for another job very well done. Frank Hurley

I purchased two Tours on the Black Friday Special. The E-trikes arrived in about three weeks. Although it took 2 months to receive the full promotion packages, it was worth the wait. ALICIA in the Customer Service Dept. was so patient, diligent, courteous, responsive, and helpful. She was there from the beginning to end, and I rate her a "10+!" The company appears to want to please their Meet One E-Trike family members at the highest level of service. They are there for any questions or hick-ups. The E-tricks are high quality and well engineered. We bought them for exercise and pleasure. And. . . most important thing! . . . they are FUN! Great 5 yr. warranty, support, and product. Enjoy a great ride with a trusted company, we are!!!!

I live in Minnesota, so unfortunately I am unable to ride now. After doing some research and reading many reviews, I decided I would get the MeetOne Tour. The tour is a big trike as it sits in our kitchen :). As I was assembling the tour I noticed the front suspension was stuck. I contacted support, and explained to them that I would be able to replace it if they could send me a replacement. Within a few days I had the replacement at my door. They would have made arrangements to have someone do it if needed. I have been very impressed with the response from MeetOne and their willingness to do whatever it takes to make me happy. The build Quality is far better than anything I could have expected.

We ordered 2 Meet One Breeze Pros for my wife and I, who are both in our 60s. We ordered them through Outspoken Ebikes in Cleveland Ohio. We had bought another brand bike which we felt was not stable, and didn't want to make the same mistake again. So we drove from Pittsburgh to Cleveland to test ride the MOBP. Dave at Outspoken was super helpful. They shipped the trikes straight to our home, where they arrived with some damage due to shipping. I contacted MO Customer Service via email. They replied quickly, and after I supplied them the order and serial numbers, they were quick to ship the parts. My compliments to Alicia and her colleagues in Customer Service. We have about 100 miles on our trikes, and couldn't be happier!

These tricycles are just fantastic, comfortable, smart and powerful. We own two Breeze Pro bikes. The customer service is exemplary!! Extremely satisfied with our purchase.

Twin Motor Tour has met expectations, as a retired engineer I expected some problems, but all went well. Takes a bit of time to get used to riding feel, but the trike is very steady, has plenty of power, and storms up steep hills. Am currently aiming for obtaining max distance on pedalling only, balancing best average speed and battery draw. There is an amazing choice using Pa settings, power % settings and chain gear settings to obtain best range. One item as an option would be to have power generation on downhill to save the brakes, I go down some steep grades, and the brakes can get a hammering on occasions. All round a great effort, a happy user at 600 Kms.

I bought the MeetOneTrike Breeze Pro for my wife and she loves it. Our opinion of the product is positive, overall. PROS • Love the bike. The power assist is intelligent – it detects pedaling and can be throttled manually. The assist shuts off when braking. Has quite a lot of power, even uphill. Battery charge lasts a long time. • Customer support is excellent. Response to email is prompt and thorough. They even went an extra mile to bring an answer from their engineer. • Both the regular seat is more comfortable than expected. The Premium seat is excellent – and solid. CONS • The assembly video on meetonetrike.com is outdated and incorrect. I had to search the internet to find the current assembly video for this bike (2.0). • Reverse is difficult to do by intention, of course. Maybe too difficult. It is tricky to set a certain mode, then press and hold a touch button, throttling, steering, and back-pedaling all at the same time. It might be easier to have a dedicated button to press and hold without requiring presetting the ‘zero’ mode. Also, the K6 Control Button might be a little difficult to use in Winter while wearing gloves. • The provided tools are barely adequate for a strong person apply the necessary torque and some were dimensionally out of tolerance. Plan to use your own metric wrenches and hex bit socket set to do the assembly. Most bolts are hex cap screws, which is plus.
