Attention, ce qu'il faudrait ajouter sur le site web c'est que la conformité CE EN15194 ne suffit pas en France (si P > 250watts) il faut l'homologation type L3e ou L5e (2 pages) pour circuler sur la voie publique sinon risque de confiscation du tricycle et amende jusqu'à 7500€. Dans d'autres pays - liberticides (US, Canada, Etc) ils peuvent rouler avec ce genre de tricycle électrique sécure et performant. Pourquoi MEETONE ne demande t-il pas au fabricant de faire homologuer ses tricycle pour la France et l'Europe ?

Ordered a Breeze, with the dual battery setup. Thought the trike would be delivered, with the two battery system, already installed. As it turned out, secound battery, controller, and battery rail, would be shipped, at a later date. After several emails, to customer support, all parts, finally show up. It was a bit frustrating, and it took 3 weeks, but it was resolved. I had no problem with customer service, they always got back to me, in a promp matter. Love the trike...

**Rating: 1/5 Stars** **Title: Dangerous, Defective, and an Absolute Scam!** I am beyond frustrated with my experience purchasing the **Meet One Breeze Pro Fat Tire Electric Trike Premium**. This has been a complete nightmare from the start, and I strongly advise anyone considering this trike to look elsewhere. Right out of the box, I started having serious safety and mechanical issues. Either my charger or both batteries are completely defective. When I try to charge the trike, the charger gets incredibly hot—so hot that it actually feels like it could catch fire. It is a massive safety hazard, and I am terrified to even leave it plugged in. On top of the electrical issues, the mechanics are severely flawed. The motor makes a loud, unbearable screeching sound anytime it is engaged above 10 miles an hour. For a heavy-duty electric trike that is supposed to be "premium," it sounds like the motor is grinding itself to pieces as soon as you get it up to a normal cruising speed. The absolute worst part of this entire ordeal, however, has been the terrible customer service. They are completely lacking in professionalism. I have contacted them multiple times regarding these dangerous and defective parts, trying to get a resolution. Instead of making it right, I was just informed that I would need to pay **$250 to $500** out of my own pocket for return shipping just to have it inspected to see if it even qualifies for a return! Why should I have to pay hundreds of dollars to ship back a 130-pound defective product that arrived broken and poses a literal fire hazard? Their warranty and return policies are a complete joke designed to trap the buyer. Be careful where you spend your money! This company does not stand behind its products and will leave you stranded with a dangerous, broken trike and an empty wallet.

Since I can no longer ride a bicycle, I started my search for an e-trike over a year ago. I studied vendors' products, read reviews and watched videos by influencers and owners. Meet One was at the top of my vendor short list last year as I was particularly interested in the suspension aspects and overall heft of their products. Then, this year the Breeze Pro 2.0 was announced and offered at a discounted price in a pre-release offering. I made the leap. When the Pro 2.0 was delivered, it was everything I thought it should be and more!! It is stout, sturdy, stable, smooth riding and yet has plenty of oomph to get you down the road. The 2.0 fixes all of the nits I had with the previous (1.0) version of the Pro. Since I experienced no issues wrt shipping damages or missing parts, my interaction with customer service has been me sending them snippets about how good their product is. Granted, assembly is likely challenging for some; however, I found Meet One's instructional videos and manuals to be very useful to aid in assembly and making changes to the control settings. I highly recommend this product and company. And no -- I receive zero/natta/zilch/zippo compensation for providing this review and I have NO affiliation with Meet One other than being a satisfied customer.

When i went to use my trike after the winter i found there was a problem with the motor when i contacted meet one they asked me a few questions to verify the problem and sent me a new motor. I was very happy with the service i recieved.

From the time that I ordered my Tour Lite the companies attentiveness to questions and updates was not only punctual but they (Aleshia) answered all of my questions. If they did not know the answer (which was very rare) they found out and got to the bottom of all issues. They have a plethora of videos from assembly to use so you don't have to be mechanically inclined, just read, look, and listen. But that's not the real reason on reviewing this. This machine is the "Lexus" of Trikes. Not a Bentley nor a Roles Royce unless of course you're buying a aircraft engine (believe me I know). It's an all business no glitz over engineered work of art. The finish, the attentiveness to detail, and the construction of this put it at the acme of Trikes. China has the market captured on this construct ( move over Japan!). Every detail has seemingly been meticulously looked at including having nuts and bolts assembled on the frame in the position where there to be used rather than a bag of hardware that you have to sort out, The packing was beautifully done with no chance of damage in transit. The welds are true NASA quality X ray perfect with no slag, voids, or blemishes. Finally it has an impeccable paint finish. As for the design, it is equipped with decades proven Shimano gearing aluminum frame with full suspension, diferencial free tail axel, torque sensative pedal assist adjust for constant Watt assist propulsion instead of a constant power assist, etc. A new standard has arrived. Bravo guys!
