Locked out!!.........
I had a problem getting the parameters adjusted and ended up with the display locked out. John sent me instructions to solve the problem and I was able to get the parameters adjusted the way I preferred. Problem solved and on the road in less then 15 minutes.

Absolutely delighted
I just received my Breeze Pro on time after a month of expectation. I assembled the tricycle in a short morning spree without any problem (except missing 2bolts to assemblethe rear fenders)after having watched the online tutorial. I gave it a short trial on the bike trail and was delighted with the performance and safety feeling of the sturdy frame and quality components. I was surprised that the levels of assistance was limited to 3 and easily found out on the web how to switch to 5 levels. Over all, I Am delighted Philippe PS Customer service was very responsive from day one right up to this morning when I had a question about Warranty registration.
