Food is very good and the customer service is the best of any company I have ever tried to contact

The agent was really helpful in answering my questions! My food came thawed out but thankfully that was ok as it was cold to the touch. Just for safety reasons they even gave me a replacement meal! Very helpful and informative! Hopefully I will give this food to my dog for a long time to come!

For the first time my dog actually loves his food. He has always been a picky eater and he gobbles his food up. I have been so impressed with the communication from this company as well. I love getting text messages reminding me my orders are coming up and I can text back and make changes. I also tried the bone broth cubes. My dog has terrible stomach issues and has been on probiotics. I feel like the bone broth has really helped and I have now taken him off the probiotics.

Cannot say more positive things about Maev. We love the product, the service, and everything in between.

I am a retired grandmother who absolutely adores her Cavelier spaniel. I have tried to find good food for him, checked with the vet, researched products online. He is 7-years-old, and was getting heavy for his breed. I called a breeder finally, who recommended a raw food diet and the company Maev. Iggy has transferred from a kibble food to the raw food, and he loves it. I talked to their customer service today about adding something else to my order, and they were knowledgeable and efficient. They have a points reward system that makes the food quite affordable. I am very impressed!
