Making the switch to Maev has been the best decision for my dog Duke. He’s lost some weight and he absolutely loves it. Moreover I’m happy knowing I’m giving him real food which is much, much healthier than highly processed kibble. I’m already seeing the changes and I’m grateful. Not to mention the customer service is phenomenal. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Traze. Always ready to help and answer as many questions. Thank you Maev.

My two pups have been eating Maev food for over a year now. And they absolutely love it. Feeding time has become a whole new experience. The reward points system is also very helpful, as I know the product can seem pricey but if you redeem your points, it really does help with the costs. The customer service through email and or chat are also extremely responsive. I highly recommend this product and company

Maev's customer service team is beyond excellent - they reply within minutes, not hours, and have helped me with exactly what I needed every time I reached out. I am truly impressed and the service team is a big reason I choose Maev over other raw foods. Thanks Maev Customer Service Team!

I have been with Maev since the beginning when they were using individually portioned cups for their food! This is not only food that my dogs love, but that I feel good about giving to them. All my dogs have always eaten raw, but we used to make their food which is time consuming, gross, and it was honestly not much more cost effective than maev. I also love this company for their adaptability. They have gone through a few different iterations of their packaging and they listen to their customers and upgrade their container , formulas , shipping… everything to make their product the best. They also have the timeliest and most helpful customer service. Five starts from my whole crew! Nala , Thunder and Jinx.

I love Maev for my fur baby. She loves it all except the blueberries. She just will not eat them, but now it's a running joke with her. Maev's customer service is spot on. I had a recent snafu with a credit card and I was able to correct it and change it with customer service. Thank you all for a wonderful product.

DO NOT ORDER WITH MAEV. THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION, THE LIVE CHAT IS NOT REAL, YOU HAVE TO EMAIL TO REQUEST YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO END. I have tried to end ties with maev twice now. All they do is push out ur next delivery date and hope u forgot about it. Horrible customer service. The food is always inconsistent, either all melted, all solid and stuck together, too much peanut butter and not enough meat, meat is not mixed in all throughout the food just put on top of bag. Don’t do this, make ur own food it’s cheaper.
