We had a subscription for their bars- which honestly made very little impact on our dog. However, the main reason for such a poor rating is their unethical practice of billing. While Maev "redid" their formula, they stopped shipping to us with no notice to consumers on the subscription plan for months. So long in fact, that I fully assumed that I had cancelled our subscription. However, I received an email two days ago that our order was "confirmed". I reached out to Maev and was told that they are starting to fulfill subscriptions again- WITH NO PRIOR NOTICE- and therefore wont cancel my order, accept a return, nor issue a refund. So, theres a tremendous lack of communication, poor customer service and resolutions to issues, and unethical/random charging happening with the service that both fails to fulfill and communicate regarding their product. I do not recommend.

This company has changed my dogs life. This food has brought up his energy levels and mood. His physical body has transformed to a lean muscle, strong structure, relived allergies and a smiling content and happy dog. The product and quality of this food is impeccable. Real meat, real vegetables. A complete balanced diet and my dog no loner asks for anything else. Thank you MAEV!

My dogs love Maev! When I mix it into their kibble, they get soooo excited they start to bounce! I feel good giving it to them because it is made of natural whole ingredients that you can see! The shipments always come on time and it is so easy to order! Thank you Maev! <3

Maev is our first and only choice for healthy dog food. I am grateful for people behind Maev working hard for our dogs. Dogs cannot contain their excitement with wagging tails with Maev.

Maev helped with my dog's GI issues. He used to keep me up at night in pain with gurgling in his belly. Once on Maev, it stopped. The convenience of the delivery service and easy to clean and prep is also a plus!

I have used Maev for my dog’s food since he was a little pup. I wanted to make sure he got the best food I could provide for him, and Maev makes that possible. It’s easy to see they use high quality ingredients! Since it’s not ground up and stuck in a tube you can see the great cuts of meat, veggies and BIG blueberries! Shipping is always fast, and delivered with tons of dry ice so you know it’s not been compromised. Any time I’ve had an issue; I had a hard time navigating the website, or once I accidentally made 2 orders. Their customer service is top notch! They got back to me immediately and fixed my issues quickly! Great brand, fantastic product!

This is the absolute best food we’ve ever found!!! Our pittie has a ton of allergies and this food has been a life saver!!! Truly amazing

Where do I even begin… my Great Dane, Stella, had mild joint issues, and skin issues and literally after about a week she was a different dog! Her coat is glossy again, she moves around like she’s a teenager, and is just even more happy and Velcro-ey than ever before!! MAEV is a tad on the pricier side, but worry EVERY PENNY for my dog who’s family, you know? She can’t get enough of their joint mix and every other thing on their menu! The bone broth pellets have been a game-changer, as well! Shipping comes 2 days after I purchase, so there is very little wait time. Shipping is very eco-conscious too!
