Easy to navigate and purchase through the website and customer service contacted me right away thanking for the purchase. Very friendly staff and happy with the purchase experience. Hopefully shipping and set up is just as great!!

A instant connection to very nice lady. [Chrissy I think, I'm 93 yrs. old] but I made my purchase in record time with this lady and I appreciate her patience.

I hope it is the product we need. Did not like to have to buy warranty. This seems to be a product that should have 3 or 4 years life.

Robert, Thank you for your feedback. This product does come along with a manufacturer warranty (link below), but the added protection plan is always a plus to cover you even further on a larger purchase like this. https://medmartonline.com/human-floor-lift Thank you, MedMart Team

I purchased the Hoyer Advance 340 lift. Darryl Flunker helped my with the sale. I was surprised to be charged sales tax on medical equipment. Darryl told me if I sent them the RX they could refund it and they did very promptly. I was very pleased with the prompt action. As to the lift we are very pleased with it, my daughter has used it twice to get me off the floor and to bed. Finding the right sling for me took a while but the lift was certainly a good decision for us. We are trying to find the right sling to get me into the car now. I recommend Med Mart for your medical equipment needs.

Christian made this purchase seem effortless, because I had no idea what I was doing. The initial bed I was looking to purchase wasn’t available and the option Christian recommended was just as perfect! All my questions were answered. Thank you!
