Mr. Boyer, We offer free shipping on orders over $50. We are seeing shipping costs increase across the board and are doing our best to keep the website updated with accurate lead times. Good Afternoon Nancy, We do apologize you feel that way. As per the last communication last Thursday 10/28 we advised you that we were expecting these units by today. As soon as we received that the shipment had been delivered to us today we created your tracking label. When you called in, the representative did not know that a label was being created at that very moment. We did reach out to you to confirm that this order would be shipping out today multiple times, unfortunately could not reach you to explain the confusion. We were holding your order until seeing this as your confirmation to proceed with cancelation. We will get that request processed for you. Have a good day!
