Health problems required me to cancel an expensive order. Med Mart readily refunded after a token (fair) cancellation penalty. I would gladly do business with again.

Sales rep. Was punctual and knowledgeable, emailing alternative options for on out of stock mattress which we purchased. Mattress was shipped quickly and arrived in good shape . Will definitely use Medmart again.

I had a great experience with Med Mart. I was expecting my order to take a long time to be delivered because it is a big item, a recliner, but it came in a lot quicker than I expected, only two weeks and the person that delivered it to my home and set it up, with no setup problems, was a very nice gentleman. He was nice, knew what he was doing and he was just a lovely person. Thank you Med Mart for such an enjoyable experience.

We received clear and detailed information on the different mattress covers and a call was made to the manufacturer to check we had the right bed. In fact we have an old style bed which is 78 inches and we found out we need an extension to 80 inches to accommodate the new mattress. We are trusting that it will all work out as the mattress is not returnable.

Ordering is easy and anyone could do it. I am far from computer savvy. And if I can do it anyone can... Lol

Customer service extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful. All of my questions were answered and I felt well taken care of.
