Everyone I talked with concerning the purchase of this chair was friendly,courteous . The delivery was on time and delivery person was so nice. We managed to put the chair together easily. It is so comfortable and easy to operate. Perfect. My 99 year old mom is very happy.

THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY TRACKING INFO. THIS IS A LITTLE FRUSTRATING BECAUSE OF NEEDED SOMEONE TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GOOD

I ordered this bed for my 95-year-old mother. I got an email saying that it would be delivered last Thursday. Then another email saying it would be Friday, when I already hired workers for another job at her apartment. They said that they could set the bed up at no extra charge. Friday night, I got a phone message saying to call for a delivery time for Monday. I called & was told that they couldn't deliver till Tuesday. So, now my mother has to go 5 days without the bed & I have to hire people to set it up. Horrible customer service!

Good evening, I apologize for the inconvenience, this order was placed on 11/15, this unit shipped from our Cincinnati warehouse on 11/16. Unfortunately, once the carrier picks up, we do not have control of the shipment. As I am sure you are aware, the carriers are facing challenges during this extremely difficult time.
