Bought the pride mobility zero turn scooter for my daughter. Every time you transport it, even covered, ifbit gets remotely damp it doesn't work for weeks. This scooter is a waste of money, useless and more trouble than a wheel chair. They claim I never purchased the scooter on here, yet I spoke with 3 customer service reps yesterday that gave me the run around, each seeing the purchase and telling me to call someone else. I’m calling the Governor’s office of consumer affairs.

Excellent customer service. Delivery on time. However, in the interest of employee health and safety, it would be a good idea to send two people out to deliver heavy orders. The gentleman who delivered my father's chair was great. He was friendly and positive and seemed to see the struggle of delivering a heavy chair by himself as just part of the job. I would think if the company wanted to keep such employees happy and healthy, it would send two people out on heavy deliveries. Just saying.

i haven't gotten the chair or extra remote yet to be sure they are what we ordered. Never the less , Sandra S was very helpful and very nice. She's good at her job and i appreciate that. TY

I had the control for my lift chair break a wire. I am disabled and I live in this chair so this an emergency for me. Everyone was so helpful! I’m so grateful that the process was so smooth. Thanks so much, therese.
