I payed $166.00 for next day delivery. It's been four days and my order still hasn't arrived. I called costumer service. I was told I would get an Email telling me why but the only Email I've got is this review.

It was a pretty good experience except I haven't been able to track the progress of the order. I'm still waiting for the scooter. The tracking number doesn't work so I can't track it
