Very easy to use and extremely easy to check out. Glad I could pay with credit card and did not have to use Pay Pal - very bad experience with them.

Sandra S was fabulous . She followed up on my situation and provided excellent customer service. The technician immediately identified my issue and Sandra made sure everything was taken care of. The only reason for 4 stars is the amount of time it took to get through to an agent and a somewhat ambiguous phone tree.

The person I worked with is Kristin. Excellent knowledge of chair I wanted. I felt very confident that I was in good hands with my purchase.

The lady I talked with on the phone was very friendly and knowledgable on every question that I had about this scooter I ordered. If she did not know the answer right off within 15 seconds she had an answer. I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted to purchase scooter.
