My foot was just amputated. And I needed a mattress to suit my needs now. I was at linden Grove for a while and the mattress that I was on helps with my healing process. I was told the bed would be shipped out the next day (Monday) September 28 and would receive tracking information by email. This hospital bed was needed urgently and I picked your company and this bed because of a promise that the bed was in stock and be delivered immediately. I wrote to customer service. My concern was acknowledged but only a message that staff are evaluating the situation. It is now Tuesday and no reply or delivery confirmation. Disappointed.

We’re sorry for the frustration, especially since you needed the hospital bed urgently and were expecting it to ship right away. At the time of your review, our team was working with the manufacturer to confirm the shipment and tracking information. We understand that the changing timeline and lack of a firm update made an already stressful situation more difficult. The bed did later ship, but we agree the communication around timing should have been clearer from the beginning.
