Well I posted a review about a month ago praising med mart. I'm sorry I ever did that. The hospital bed they sent me was garbage so I sent it back and now this lift chair they sent me is even worse. You can feel every spring in it and every joint in the wood the arms feel like a rag over top of a piece of wood with no padding and every time I go to use it it feels like it's going to fall apart. I am so disgusted with med mart. I wish I could find someplace else to deal with because I will not use their services again and I highly recommend anybody interested in med mart, run the other way. They are a rip off

Buying medical apparatus online can be difficult because most suppliers' websites are often confusing, don't always have complete pricing information, and may omit useful accessory items. Their marketing departments also seem to be weak in organizing product information and don't keep up with the manufactururing area. Even the big box stores can only supply you with descriptive material they receive from the suppliers. Don't expect answers from them! I chose Med Mart because it is much more efficient to let those experienced in medical apparatus select the appropriate products that fit your situation. I liked their online info, their chat responses and speaking with their salespeople when anything is not clear or if you need a recommendation. They responded quickly to my emails and were always courteous and knowledgeable on the phone. Prices were reasonable and they often have discounts. Much better than waiting forever on a telephone call for the manufacturers or their preferred suppliers to get back to you. Let Med Mart do the work so you don't have to.
