I spent hour wasting time on for a live rep only to be told they only bill insurance. I just wanted to pay for my item and be on my way. You had a streamline method of receiving my order quickly. I so appreciate that. I get awfully tired of these big companies who have no customer service.

Air mattress is defective. The air pump inflates it to a hard setting and can't be adjusted even when you turn it to its lowest setting it also inflated higher in the center which caused my brother to roll off the side and get caught between the railing and mattress and he was injured tried to return it and the company said no. It was too dangerous to donate so its in the trash

I purchased a Gogo Carbon Scooter from Med Mart for my husband. I paid for setup that was worth it to me. They delivered it—fully assembled—to my residence and patiently showed me how to use it. The delivery person was excellent. The scooter itself is amazing. It efficiently folds up in just a few seconds and can fit into a trunk with ease (it weighs 35 lbs. without its battery) and is simple to use. My husband, who has mid-level dementia, finds the hand controls easier to navigate than other scooters that use a joystick. I love the small footprint that easily fits in my hallway but still allows my tall husband to ride with comfort. Bonus: I enjoy that it doesn't have automatic back-up beeping, which would drive me crazy. I love Med Mart and we love the scooter. Thank you for changing our world.

I followed the advice of your “professional” and purchased the large version of my chair after asking my height and weight (5’9” and 325 lbs). I ended up paying $200 to have the chair assembled in my second-floor apartment because the delivery guy wouldn’t help. It is similar to a child sitting in a grown-up chair in that my feet don’t touch the floor. Also the chair feels very unstable and the front sits high. I called your support line and explained the problem to the person who answered the call. She told me that she would have to have another person call me back in a few minutes. I never received the call back so now I’m stuck with an uncomfortable chair that keeps sliding on my hardwood floor.

Had checkout issues with a competitor's platform. MedMart's Google listing said they match competitor pricing. I called (on a Saturday). He answered and simply asked, "Where?" He verified it and said, "Let me take care of that." That is how customer service is done!

So far so good. Unlike other medical sales people, Sean answered the phone in person in real time and I did not have to wait for him to call me back as other places where I waited a week or no call back at all. Sean was very helpful and kind. This is my first time buying a wheelchair and he was very helpful and said he would make sure it was sent to me correctly and call the manufactureer to make sure it has correct measurements with all parts included. I am hoping the customer service continues to be as good post sales as it has been for the sale of the WC. I' sure it will be since its a family ownd business! Thank you Sean and family for good care.
