Fast polite helpful

The customer service I received from Med Mart was exceptional. They answered many questions and went above and beyond in assisting me in finding the perfect bed for my elderly father.

I had questions, I actually talked to a person. Stacy was able to answer every question I had. Very pleasant to talk to.

I have not opened the box yet, however, the electric scooter for my sick husband was literally left 'on the curb'. Had I known the scooter would not be delivered to at least the front door, that would have been a deal breaker. Such poor customer service.

I was in need of a power scooter, but needed it much faster than any other place could even think of getting it to me. I had an important event coming up and I fell, injuring my whole right side and breaking my left shoulder. Kristan and Julie worked with me until they found the specialized scooter that I needed (to travel on sand and gravel, specifically) that was on the West Coast and could be delivered on the morning that I needed to leave for my event. I know that this was A LOT of work on their end and they were very patient and kind with me, especially in helping me choose the features that I would need due to my specific injuries. Kristan is my hero!

Sandy at the help desk worked hard on getting what I needed done. She made my day. Many thanks to her!
