Kristine was very nice and not pushy when we chatted yesterday, I reviewed her selection and today placed an order. Again she was very helpful and kind answered all my questions. Julie I briefly chatted with was also very helpful.

The agent walked me through the process. We are excited to have purchased it for our loved one.

Ordered what I was led to believe was a bariatric Invacare W/C (picture shown). I have used many W/C from different places and consider the W/C tops. Using my phone to order,I received an invacare W/C, but not bariatric type. Seems when you click on extras; photo would change.from the 450 lb. model to different 350 lb. models. Wgt load was not what I expected and footrests were not sent as on my order copy. I WILL NOT be purchasing here again.

I would like to thank Darla C. For the outstanding customer service I received today. I have been trying to get information about a product that was ordered months ago with no luck. Today, I was lucky enough to have Darla help me and the matter was resolved in 30 minutes. Can’t say enough about her. Thank you again!

Oh my gosh! What a life saver! The knee roller is 100% perfect. I had ankle surgery and this helps me get around the house without using crutches or a regular walker. I love it! The little basket is also very helpful.

Lynne was fantastic! Answered questions from people who knew nothing about mobility scooters and was knowledgeable enough that we were comfortable making the purchase.
