I appreciated the forthright, friendly manner of the rep. I was familiar with the scooter, having bought one six years ago. I had some questions about the battery and any up grades that had been made. There had been no up grades …confirming what I suspected "if it ain't broke don't fix it". It is as advertised, easy to disassemble and assemble for transport or storage, providing your caregiver can lift the five pieces and assemble them (heaviest ~34 LB).
