I am very disappointed,this trike is not for older people. I found that this trike is very scary. It is hard to use. I am 84 years old.. a young person can use the trike easier. Wish I had known this before I purchased the trike.

I called because I wanted to get information about a walker for a friend of mine. Darrell helped me so much. He showed me the walker and described the features on it. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to make sure that I would be satisfied with the walker. He told me about the shipping. He is such a good person to have there.

Just placed an order taken by Stacy. She was very nice and courteous. I bought the item although I’m not 100% sure that it’ll work but I can have it modified to work. The negative part is that you don’t have a return policy which in my opinion isn’t very good customer service oriented. Thank you Roy

I received my left yesterday but am unable to try it out because the only knowing that I was told I would be receiving also did not come the lift itself looks to be very sturdy and easy for my caregiver to maneuver
