I ordered a bed from medmart. I spoke with a sales person to ensure that I did not place an order for a bed that was on back order. I was told that the order would ship in 3 to 4 business days. When that time passed and the order still had not been updated. I was told that the shipping time was 5 business days. Even though 5 business days had passed. I asked that the order be cancelled because I needed to make other arrangements. Each conversation I was told that someone would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. They can't cancel orders that have already shipped. My order had not shipped, however each request to cancel the order was met with different lies. When I called and asked to speak with a supervisor because of this refusal to cancel he order I was told that all managers/supervisors were at lunch so I would have to call back. I still don't have the bed and I still can't cancel my order. I would never deal with this company or recommend anyone else deal with them. My next step is the BBB and going through my credit card company to cancel this order.

We ordered and 2 days later the wheelchair arrived. It is perfect! Will remain a loyal customer for anything else we should need to order.

Rep was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I hope the rest of our transaction goes as smoothly as the purchase.

Ordering was easy and Lenette was knowledgeable and polite.

I foiund it to fit all of my pills including my Vit E and Fish Oils. So it is plenty big. I got it to replace another 4 times a day box and it is slightly smaller so better for storage.

We needed a Hoyer lift asap as my mom was being released from rehab in a few days. It was shipped the next day, as promised, and arrived before she did, which was a surprise! We have been using it now for two days and it has been a godsend. Thank you MedMart!

Good service so far. Still haven’t heard when scooter will ship.
