The fact that my father spent $500 on a cushion that did not fit hit wheel chair. He was off by 2 or 3 more inches and was not able to return and get the correct size. Those cushions was non refundable. I would never purchase anything from them even if my father beg me to.

MedMart offered the lowest price with free shipping on the pool lift we wanted for our new above ground pool. I do wish they offered a mounting bracket for the manual Hoyer pool lift to attach it to a wood deck. I would highly recommend this company for easy ordering and free shipping. Will review more after we install the lift and use it a few times. Having worked in long term care facilities I know Hoyer makes a quality product that is intended for years of use.

Everything is good and I would have given 5 stars ( prior to delivery) but it was shipped with a trucking company that repeatedly (this is the 3rd time) has refused to deliver to my residence. They quote the lowest rates but use a semi truck which is difficult to maneuver in my residential neighborhood so their drivers want me to meet them with a vehicle big enough to pick up the shipment. This company contracted to deliver to deliver to a residential address so they should deliver the shipment to my residence.
