Well I can’t say it was the worst experience of my life, but it was pretty close! We ordered a bed, mattress and bed rails for a 90-year-old man in hospice situation. The bed arrived badly scratched and the headboard footboard brackets bent. The company offered to send us new brackets. Somebody at the company forgot to order the rails that we bought and paid for, so four weeks after the original purchase the rails finally arrived. Medmart offered us a refund of 5% and we still haven’t seen it despite having asked for it now twice. Like I said, not the worst experience of my life, but I had way more stress than I need at this particular time
