The first time I called the man gave me all the wrong information I called on 13th I talked Christy don't know if spelling her name right but she was very understanding she was polite and very helpful I believe everything is straight waiting to see chair I had a very pleasant experience with this young lady wish it was more ppl in customer service like her and thank u again

We went to the Medmart site to look for a adjustable bed for our 96 yr. Old mother. Julie Bell was a great help advising and directing us through the purchase of a Kalmia hi low adjustable bed. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Looking forward to receiving the bed and putting it to use to make mom’s life more enjoyable. Thanks Julie for making our experience a success.

I spent way too much time on this order, partly because at every change in page on your site, the blurb about entering my email to get special offers pops up. I tried entering email many times, but it keeps coming up. Also, I have eight reward points that I could and should have used but never saw a place to use them. The product I ordered was priced right based on comparisons. I tried to ask a question on the chat line but never got a response, so that was a waste of my time. I tried calling but was put on hold, and I could not wait. I only wanted advice on which size to order, so I just guessed. All in all, not a user-friendly website.

just got are hospital bed set up. easy to put together. all the parts were there. and everything works good. iam impressed with the quality. and got it in 6 days .
