We received the scooter 2 days earlier than projected, which was appreciated. It was as simple to assemble as advertised. Our only problem was that although the battery said it was charged it alarmed very loudly and persistently when we put the key in. After numerous tries we put it back on the charger, and it worked on the next attempt. Our model is whisper quiet and is easy to maneuver. We are looking forward to using it this week in a campground. Online customer service was terrific prior to ordering which meant no surprises and no need to ask for assistance assembling it. Thank you so much for a great experience.

I rented a lift chair from MedMart in Kettering the chair we rented was delivered, but unfortunately was missing a part the delivery people went back to the warehouse and got a replacement chair which was 1) gigantic - not sized to me but someone twice my size 2) uncomfortable to the point of not useable 3) the remote wouldn’t stay attached to the side leaving me stranded in a reclined position. I called the next day and asked to have the chair replaced, but was told sorry that was the last chair available So I asked to have it picked up because it was unacceptable and unusable I ended up paying hundreds of dollars for what turned out to be a two hour rental of a chair I didn’t order. “But unfortunately rentals are not prorated” was the only response I got. To say I am unhappy with your company and your service would be an understatement.

Ordered a recliner wheelchair on a Tuesday night call the company on Wednesday morning to see if I bought the right item was told that the item purchased was indeed correct and that it would be shipped on the friday of the same week only to hear on thursday morning my neighbour calling to tell me that a package was left on their property which belongs to me,upon inspection of the package the box was all damage so I called the company and send pictures of the package to them and ask them to Retrieve the package and refund my money. Wasn't taking no chance to ship the package and not sure it contains all nuts,bolts and screws to fit up the chair when it gets to its final destination.Need my refund.

I have nothing bad to say every thing was very easy took less then 5 minutes to do found item in no time.

I am 74 years old and have a 38 year old handicapped son. I couldn't find a hoyer lift anywhere .I was finally sent to them and they had one in my house in 2 days.

This is a good mattress, and shipped out promptly.

I was told it would be friday when I ordered then thursday then friday again. I signed up for text updates and never recieved one, instead I came home for lunch on Friday and a $700.00 box was halfway up my sidewalk in the middle of my yard without any knowledge of it being there.

The promised delivery of my order Electric scooter did not arrived and just promised to check on it. And no e mail to me to rest assure that it will arrive soon.
