I needed a good dependable walker that I can lift & fold up & load in my car. I am 73 & this walker weighs 17# which is plenty for me It folds easily & zi am sure I will put it to good use. I am very happy with my purchase.

My experience with MedMart was alright. It was my experience with eWheels that I am completely irate about. First, they ship my mother a defective scooter. It took several days to arrange a replacement. Next, when eWheels finally does get around to sending me a replacement. I tell them they need to ship the a scooter out first because my mom was in desperate need of a scooter. To top it off, I was feeling sick around this time and eWheels sends me an agreement form in the form of a pdf. I had to get out of bed, print, and sign the form before they would arrange shipping. Completely horrible sense of customer service by eWheels. They seem completely insensitive and rigid. I finally asked them to overnight the scooter and they said they cant. It's not that they can't because FedEx still provides overnight service. You just have to be willing to pay for in which eWheels no doubtedly was. Once again, this the interaction with eWheels was HORRIBLE. My mom finally recieved her scooter after about 4 days from when it was shipped from the factory. My mom likes her scooter so I have no problem with the scooter itself. My issue is with the eWheel inconsiderate staff.

I was so pleased with the quality of the bed and mattress. The technician was fast and efficient. He installed and cleaned up in a very short amount of time. He took the time to show me how to use the equipment. I would recommend your service to anyone needing medical equipment.
