Equipment that was supposed to ship in 3 days never arrived. It turns out the equipment was not in stock, as stated, and 9 days later, there is no shipping update from manufacturer. Med mart representative was unable to answer the simple question of when will my equipment ship and arrive. It is a $2300 piece of equipment, and we did not make this decision lightly while placing the order.

I was able to talk to a customer representative, an actual person! That is unbelievably helpful.

When I got lift chair it was smaller than told it's uncomfortable it was expensive and now they want to keep part of my refund not even find a better chair I won't shopmed mart again

I bought the AirProtekt 6450 with extra year of protection plan and the plan and the vertical straps that hold the air bladders in place all failed and fell apart. Then I find out medmart lied or didn't disclose fine print that the year of protection plan i purchased only covers replaceable parts and not the weakest part of all, those vertical straps that hold the horizontal air bladders in place. So when I called they said the warranty was really only 60 days and I actually had no warranty left at all. This company ripped me off, sold me a warranty that was useless and the product didn't hold up for more than 4 months. I will be going public with this on all social media platforms. Edit to reply to medmart. I looked at the protection plan details and it says it is designed to cover mechanical, electrical, and structural failures that occur during normal use. In my case, the failure of the vertical internal straps on the Air Protekt 6450 is a textbook example of a structural/hardware failure. Not cosmetic or a failure that isn't covered. Your representative told me it's not covered, so they're lied even though my protection plan is still active. I have already filed a report with consumer protections. Nothing on your website said these straps aren't covered by the protection plan. Someone is due to call me back to settle this. My uncle's on 24/7 oxygen and a permanently bedridden quadriplegic and you guys are scamming people, charging for protection plans and denying service when they call with a problem. Over $600 for the mattress and the plastic fasteners are dollar store quality plastic. I have pictures of everything and receipts. It's best to just stand by your customers because I definitely think I was misled about the coverage of the plan and wouldn't have paid for it if I knew your company was gonna deny coverage for what is a blatant failure of design and quality.
